Vessels carrying less than 50 units of non-stackable equipment with the ambition of arms dealing or storage are to pay 3 millions of Sirius credits,

Vessels carrying upto 50 units and higher of non-stackable equipment with the ambition of arms dealing or storage are to pay 5 millions of Sirius credits,

Vessels carrying any kind of nomadic equipment are to pay 5 millions of Sirius credits, in order to obtain proper papers for dealing arms, storing equipment or posessing nomadic materials safely within Liberty. Unlicensed vessels will be escorted out of Liberty until they obtain a License.

Nomadic materials those need a naval license in Liberty space are as follows,

- Nomad Brain(s)
- Nomad(s)
- Nomad Cannon(s)
- Nomad Blaster(s)
- Nomad Thruster(s)
- Nomad Power Cell(s)
- Any other Nomad equipment, such as Capital Ship Nomad Turrets

Sir, my name is Engelbert Krieger and I operate a very small arms storage in your sovereign space. While I do not actively pursue the arms dealing business, it is true that from time to time I negotiate these materials inside of your territory.

I understand the concern of the Navy in that matter and the importance that every legal business operates under this registration and license. As such, I'd like to request that my ship, the Lorien, be registered as one of the operating arms dealers inside of Liberty space.

As for the type of the license, I'd like to apply for the 50+ items or 5 million Sirius credits license. I shall pay the issued value as soon as I come across the said ship.

Dear sir, your application has been recieved and granted. You could pass the required fee at any time by Manhattan as Arizona will be on standby there.

As for the cover issue, the licensing application fee will only cover a single vessel, which means you would need to pay the required fee again in order to license another vessel of yours.

This is Captain David Brennt on Forschung Schiff. As some of you are aware my crew and I conduct much research in and throughout the galaxy. Understandably our biggest goal is to understand the nomads.

I have plans to conduct joint research efforts with Newark station on the affects of the nomads that the alien organisms have. This will require my ship to move nomads through your space. It will be an ongoing project for some time. In order to prevent hostilities between my ship and the navy, I am formally requesting a license to carry such cargo within your space.
