"This is bullshit." he tapped the pad in front of himself a few times, obviously looking for something. "It is goddamn bullshit that time and time again we are continually harassed by pirates." he glanced up at the still running camera "Not even mentioning how little tourists pay. What exactly is the point of going to Baden Baden. Does SEC even have any escort vessels in Rheinland?" he huffed a few time obviously trying to catch his breath and calm down. "Thirteen Million Credits between two separate piracy situations. The Directors better do something about this, I'm not having this on my operations account!" slamming the pad down onto the table in front of him. "Eighteen months I spent watching this vessel grow and on our second ever trip and first into Rheinland, and this happens." picking up the pad he waved it at the camera. "I don't care, fire me if you want but I'm not taking the risk on either the ship or our profits, I don't care how stable this Emperor, Demigod or King claims to be, I'm not seeing that stability on my routes. We should not be dependent on my personal gunnery crews to provide stability to Rheinland." He paused for a moment, clearly unsure of where this rant was supposed to end "Thirteen Million!"

Subject: New Subdirector for ONE

Greetings friends,

Captain Jack Ashton has decided to step down as Subdirector for Orbital Network Express. I commend him for opening the Riviera Resort in New Paris to open up the whole of Gallia to Orbital's influence. May it be a fitting legacy for a fine pilot and administrator, and I hope he will continue to fly with Orbital without the fancy title if needed. He can be "Subdirector Emeritus" if he really wants something shiny for the business card.

I would like to welcome Captain Richard Charles as Ashton's pick for replacement. Charles served as finance director in the corporation's past and has been very successful in building up the corporation's fleet of company-vessels available for use by multiple captains. I look forward to seeing what other innovations Subdirector Charles will bring.
He has some big shoes to fill, but I trust in Ashton's choice of successor with the same confidence I have in all of his decisions.

So, best of luck, Subdirector Charles! Keep the birds flying and the stations stocked, and we should be just fine. Try not to let any of the passengers suffocate.

Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne

Greetings to all of you,

As most of you have already seen in John's message then I am stepping down from the post of subdirector of ONE within the coming week.
Richard has already taken over most of ONE business, I am however staying here on Riviera Resort for now to receive full control of the station. After which I will give these access to the board of directors and Richard.

I have nominated Richard as my successor because of his outstanding work with creating the cooperate fleet and his general CV as financial director. For now Richard has allowed me to stay on in the capacity of a trusted advisor to ONE management.

My plans for the future are still uncertain but the coming weeks I will stay here on Riviera Resort. I have volunteered my android crew aboard Transporter1 to supply RR with FOW and this I will need to set up, additionally I need a vacation.

I think I will return to OS&C soon again aboard the Boundless Pleasure as a regular fleet captain, but we will see.
It has been a pleasure serving our company and I believe Richard is the person to take ONE into this new Gallic Era.

Allow me to conclude with a old poem from a past long forgotten, resort life really gives you time for the finer things in life, like reading, drinking and contemplation. Perhaps that could be the base motto of this fine station? Anyways, this poem seems to capture my thoughts in this hour.

My wing is ready for flight,
I would like to turn back.
If I stayed everliving time,
I'd still have little luck.

My Friends at Orbital,

With the Atlantis now approaching almost 7 years old I have decided it is finally time to say goodbye and have her enter retirement.

On that front I have reached out to our friends at EFL to see if not only we can acquire a second Lucullus for our fleet, but fuel supplies to fill her thirsty bunkers as well.

Regards,
James Blackwood

Greetings Mr. Blackwood

it is always sad to see a Ship go to retirement, and at the same time its exiting to see a new one set sail for the first time. for our Passengers they are just a fancy thing that gets them from a to b. but for us are they a home in the stars. ah sorry there comes the Junker in me through, the belives that old ships are almost livin beings and such. with her 40 Years i see a long live for the Velvet still ahead of her. so i hope that with just a 7 year service live you dont plan to send the Atlantis to the Scrapyard, if so please send her over to Triton. we will find a Capitan for her so she can walk the stars a bit longer. and if you manage to convince the Gallics to give us another one of ther Precious Lucullus and manage to solve that litle energy problem that hunts me in my sleep you can consider me as one of your first Visitor in your new Home.

Greetings to all of you,

My last task as Director of ONE has now been completed and I have been transfer the protocols for our new station. I have sent these via a secure channel to John and the board of directors.

It has been a great honor to be entrusted with the task of having our first space station built, and of leading ONE and OS&C into this new era.

Regards,
Cpt. Ashton

Greetings Mr. Blackwood

I have seen the info about the Race event, and I like it very much. as the Red Velvet Club is now around 40 years old, she has the right as all old ladies do. to sit and watch the younger ones have some fun, therefore, I want to Volunteer for Turn Point Observer. just tell us when and where we needed to be and we will be at your service. we will also offer our guests the Opportunity to Bet on the Event I know that these Socialites have more money than Brains so it should be a Great Success to get some extra Bugs out of them

To The Directors:

The Government of the Commonwealth of Liberty Has Fallen. With this stark change in battle tactics, the Legion has made itself the number one enemy of Liberty, no doubt drawing all of Liberty's attention and ire. Which may drag the Barbados down with it.

With Orbital still financially reeling from the destruction of Mackinac our shareholders can ill afford the loss of another Luxury Liner. Especially our most modern and recent. While I, more than anyone, wanted to see the Barbados succeed at her posted location we must consider moving her with all expediency to prevent another Mackinac Incident. Especially at the hands of the Legion, or worse yet, Liberty herself.

James Blackwood
