The Ando Initiative.

Synopsis.
The Initiative are the descendants from The Blood Dragons Shogunate, previously being represented by a Clan. However, certain conditions, such as overall view of the future of Kusari, different goals, methods, and even the approach towards some groups have rendered it impossible for Ando - to be a part of The Shogunate any longer.

We took the appropriate measures as soon as possible. The progressive party has taken refuge within the Tau region - neighbouring with Crayter Republic, Natio Octavarium, who have recently re-established themselves there as well, and the rest of the region's major factions. To the present day, The Initiative have been mainly noticed operating in Tau and Sigmas while maintaining a careful, logical approach to the lawful and corporate Kusarian entities.

Early history.

The history of the initiative have started as an idea in minds of few people with the critical views on the current path of The Shogunate, back to the times when Augus Clan have still existed, and Sakurai Augus have been rallying those who yearned for the changes and had the similiar way of mind, who was getting along with Clan's ideas.
The conceptual idea of the Council-controlled Clan, maintaining initially peaceful approach towards Kusarian law enforcement and Samura Heavy Industries despite the rooted animosity in regards to it have been carried away by the closest follower and one of the brightest minds of the Augus - Akemi Ando, also known as "Homura", and by those who backed her up during her being as Daimyo Augus' right hand.
On the eighteen of April, Daimyo Augus have suddenly disappeared - at least, this was the official version presented to the other Clans; the horrible truth was forever veiled in shadows: Sakurai Augus have succumbed to the entities The Blood Dragons have fought for generations. This change have left the future Council stranded: Homura have disappeared, while Hakodate siblings - those who backed her up during the short reign of Augus over Okinawa - have been maintaining their low profiles during the absence of their spiritual leader, awaiting for her to return.
This have happened two months after, in the July of 825 A.S., when Akemi Ando have finally returned to Chugoku, and she was not alone: Homura have brought along a Togo, the one that once belonged to the Augus Clan, and immediately rallied everyone who would dare and support her on her ambitious idea. Hakodate siblings were the first ones to approach her and pledging their loyalty to the name of Ando - this is what the newly formed Clan was named.

Present days.

This was like a small exodus - a colossal vessel stood still in the space outside of Kyoto, engulfed in the bright light with wisps of it circling around, and few moments later - it was gone. With a hyperspatial jump they have headed over to Tau-44 system: it was planned to establish their lives here, gather their strength and establish new bonds within the Region, then proceed onwards to their main goal - turn into a Council within the Government of Kusari, to become the voice of people and to make sure they are heard.
