LCT-1d "Havok" Liberty Cruiser Turret
Designed to give the Siege Cruiser additional firepower against ships that evade its main gun, the Havok can offer a steady stream of punishment against targets of any class. It is also used on the Siege Cruiser, in much the same role. Due to it's limited tracking abilities, it is best used against Gunboat and Cruiser class ships.
