UNT "Salvation" Unioner Battleship Turret
This turret's general construction remains loosely similar to the ponderous battleship cannons of Imperial Era Rheinland Navy, and is likely built to similar schematics, although the power readings from the cannon imply that the weapon is extremely sophisticated for an underworld design, carrying various bizarre aerospace innovations from each of the disparate Unioner cells, the specifications of which cannot be identified from sensor data alone, neuralnet record, or the known laws of thermodynamics. The names of dead and imprisoned Unioner activists, engineers and raiders carved into the barrel in the place of a serial number indicates that this turret is not intended for mass production and has been built at great expense to the Unioner movement as a whole, perhaps as a monument to the Union's past, or, more ominously, as a vision of the Union's future. This bizarre artillery piece should be thought of as a fetish item to the paranoia that would justify the construction of such an unworkable weapon, rather than a functional battleship gun. However, such obvious over-engineering implies that Unioners would regard as hostile any foreign spacecraft flying close enough to scan the turret. Extreme caution is advised.
