Having served in the Navy, I aspire to something not necessarily greater, but that will give me more responsibility, and opportunity to effectively serve my nation.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks,RP style, etc)?
An LSF Member deals with all the Macro Level threats to Liberty; often working behind the scenes to allow operations to run smoothly. RP attitude is generally reserved, and focused. An LSF member should above all, obey, and learn from the chain of command.
Have you read AND understood the server rules of discovery?
Yes
Then explain why the following rules are important:
3.1: For one, this is a game, if anyone should get so angered as to feel the need to use such language, they probably shouldn't even be playing the game. Also, there are many young people playing discovery, who should in NO WAY be exposed to such language.
3.3: If oorp is permitted in system chat, that is the day discovery loses it's great Freelancer Aura. The reason we all play here, is to exactly do that, play the role. Rules such as these have kept discovery the unparalleled #1.
3.4: Everyone should feel safe, and welcome in discovery. If a player is threatened with a sanction by another player, the odds are that they will leave, or ignore them and keep on committing offences. Admins are much more capable of explaining things effectively, and with authority.
5.2: This is an RP server, and as such, all transactions should result from RP. It would not be realistic for a rogue to simply go on a killing rampage with nothing of real value to gain. It would not be a very good experience for traders if they had no hope in talking their way out of a situation. This rule adds an entire new level of RP.
5.6 to 5.8: Without this rule, combat would mean absoloutely nothing. Simply respawning, and rejoining the battle, is oorp conduct in itself. An aura of realism is created when the one who dies has to leave the system.
Have you ever been sanctioned or banned for violating a server rule in the last 6 months? please provide links to the threads if so.
No
On a scale from 1-10 how would you rate your in-game Role-playing skills?
8
