The idea behind it is that only heavy ships can carry them. That basically means the Whale. You also get a hefty sum for delivering it, so I guess that balances out. I'd actually be against making them lighter.

I would add that Titanic transport is the only ship specifically designed to carry such a bulky cargo, inRP.

As for the ''locals'', it is removed because I used to use that line in the event threads that describe who the event is intended for, rather than who can participate. It is confusing, so that line is removed.

Yes, as stated in the OP, Core players may treat all of the delivered cargo as contraband within the Omicrons.
As for the delivery of the weapon platform components, if the cargo is not delivered during the course until Saturday - the construction fails. I will amend the OP in a moment.

Can we disable the bonus upon delivery for ships deliberately F1ing in Gamma to avoid running into the Core? That'd be great.
