Hello there, this is IMG QuinnZai Momochi reporting in. We decided to spice things up a little and get our miners out in the IMG Beryllium fields in Cambridge today. We called on our old Colonial allies to bring in some of their movers while we were at it too. We did however meet a Molly in the field which sadly damaged two of our ships pretty badly, but the pilots were barely injured and able to continue with our convoy which later departed after some more mining was done. Here is a little messy visual of us all together before he head out from Cardiff:

The rest of the convoy went pretty smoothly. After selling the Beryllium, we grabbed some Silver ore in Omega-7, to deliver onto a fairly well known planet. We later received reports of an Outcast Destroyer in Tau-23 which had intercepted some of our transports. But luckily the defense wing arrived soon after and put that destroyer down after it had taken out one of our bombers. Luckily during the fight, one of us were nearby and able to tractor in his escape pod safely.

It was an interesting convoy. A few damaged ships, but easily made enough money to repair all of them. No casualties, just a few minor injuries on the downed pilots. Nothing too serious though.

This is QuinnZai, reporting out.

Dear serrs and ma'ams,

I um... keep forgetting to turn on my camera, so I'll just use the ones others have shown. I've obviously done 3 convoys from those, though it's more like five now (I'll log 3). I'm getting a lot better at piloting large ships, but my Liner does keep getting in collisions on lanes. Sorry everyone. Its just so long and doesn't turn! I'll be changing to the new I.M.G. design once its finished and ready for production.

I um... also think I was allowed to state I was part of that Cruiser destruction near Java too, though to be honest I was just in a Lhotse, so my light torpedoes and gattling gun thingies didn't do as much as the others there who were in bombers. I have a funny icon on the side of my Valient Ash ship now.

Anyway I was wondering if um... the R and D department could use a ship structural and electronics engineer? I um... heard they're working on expanding the Arrastra cargo hold by using high strength Niobium supports to lighten the frame and um... I've had a lot of practice repairing and building smaller ships from flying in them and working at Erie's spaceport. I even modified the radiation shield of my Spatial to function as the reciever dish for a discovery class sensor array.

So um... I guess that's it for now.

Yours sincerely, Recruit Ashley Valent.

Greetings,

I am reporting battle report that happened near Cali base.
I received emergency call needing help in combat. I launched my "Nanda Devi" and headed straight towards battle area. The battle was between Outcasts and IMG and allies- Colonial Military, Gallic Council and we even had help from one Freelancer.
By the time I got there, one Outcast destroyer was already destroyed, and as soon as I started engaging on of allied ship was destroyed, luckily the pilot managed to escape using pod and someone managed to recover it. Then we managed to destroy second Outcasts destroyer. After that one of allied ship got destroyed by enemy battleship. At that time we had numerous ships against battleship. Odds here were really unbalanced, so it mattered only time when the battleship was about to blow up. There was also one enemy fighter, but it got away or something, because after second destroyer blown up I had no vision, nor payed bigger attention to it as noone focused me, except battleship at the very end, but that was no problem to survive. Battleship was successfully destroyed.
I had no killing blows, but I think assists are as important too.

I included three attachments to this message. On two are shown the explosions of destroyer and battleship I helped destroy. And one is the scan of that destroyer I helped destroy, as he was flying around Java some time before battle occured.

Second report would be the convoy I was in couple days earlier. It was standard route. Mining in Tau-23 for Niobuim ores, transferring and delivering to destination. We then took Oxygen, Food and Water to Falster station in Omega-3. Then we continued mining in Omega-7 Silver ore. We proceeded with our new cargo with care. We had no problems along the way and were able to deliver it . The convoy then went to continue the route, while I had to leave behind due to some issues with my navigating system(//laggs).
I did not used my guncam, but there is good picture found in Julia's Morrow's report. I will include external link to it.

This is my first report to this channel, so if anything is wrong about it or something, feel free to note me about it.

Guild Leaders and Members:

I'm back in space once again. Old miners like me need to stay in space. But you know how it goes. I was at South Shields when I was asked to haul a load of waste away. Within a few days I was planetside in New London. I'm sure a few of you old timers can guess the rest... there was a bar, a woman... next thing I know I'm being convinced to stay behind.

As I said, old miners need to stay in space.

It's been two years and I'm back. Planning to stay deep out in the rocks.

For a few of you newer miners, let me intruduce myself.

I was on the Hand of Sceiron near Falkland Base in 816 when a group of Outcasts destroyed it. I was a founding member of the reorganized guild in 817. I was the original Mining Guild Master. I was present at the signing of the Treaty of Curacao. I've busted a lot of rocks and hauled a lot of ore.

So I'm back in space again. Let me know how I can help.

Heya!,

Welcome back, Starless Black. Oh, that rhymes! *giggles*. I'm sorry I couldn't greet you in person but I um.. confined to my Java hospital E.R. room. The nurse caught me after I snuck out yesterday evening so they took my flight crystals. They say I'll get them back really, really late tomorrow so maybe I'll meet you then, or the day after.

I want to thank everyone who left me flowers and get well cards. I hope no-one else got hurt by the battleship and cruisers outside Java. Please be careful outside everyone, okey? Especially since I also ran into some creepy mollester out in the Nio. fields in an Arrastra when I snuck out, so um... pack pepper spray or something.

Yours sincerely, Recruit Ashley Valent.

Good day,

As you might have heard, us, The bank of your needs have purchased The Alamo company and outpost. We intend to transform this outpost into a vault for our precious credits, but for that we will need to strip down the furniture, some walls and other parts from the station.
For this, we need one of our executives to go there and take part at the process. Because he is so valueble, we are asking if you could let him have a warm and fussy bed, a hot shower, a good meal in your outpost.
If you agree with our request, please let us know so we can inform our exective James Clark about this. The registration plates of his ship are James-Clark .

Thank you very much for your valuable time!

Dear serrs and ma'ams,

I um.. Just got my flight status back today so I thought I'd best find some work to pay for my medical bills. Early on I got two independent Tau mining contracts with [IND]Zombie.Bank and Mr. Sundance of the [SIN]Plato[H]. I'm logging them now as per the requirements for completion of my application for the Mining division. I'm still more than happy to work with the R+D and exploration department during quiet hours as needed, of course. A girl needs a hobby.
>>Transaction 1
>>Transaction 2

Almost immediately after the last one, I heard a warning about a big... destroyer thingy. I kinda... disobeyed the nurse's orders and um... foolishly got into my Valient.Ash Nandy Devi and um... I'm not sure how, but I managed to hit something with my C.A.C.. IMG|Novakill, IMG|Linebacker, IMG|Munkee, IMG|Siotra.Allets, along with CR| [49th] pilots of Clown, Horizon, and Eagle probably did all the work.. I'm pretty useless. I'm sure they'll link in trideo recordings of what it actually was before the reactor blew, and let me know if any pilots lost their ships before I undocked the Ash.
>>First Blue. Ever. (with my name coming second)

Anyway, Mr. Data offered me a great deal on some second hand COW 6 plating stripped off his ship during an overhaul, but his ship was down at Aland so um... A few of us got together and decided to move down some Niobium and travel in safety. For the logs IMG|Never.Early, myself, IMG|Gyrlas were transporting, with IMG|Knatt as the pathfinder. [UC]UCN-Vendeur.2 and CR|-CM-Party.Smasher took the oppertunity to join the convoy since they were heading the same way. Due to some house rules about certain ships designs in various owned spaces, we obviously took a rather circuitous route. Appended is us at the start heading off and formed up upon delivery of the ores.
>>Start.
>>Midpoint of circuit.

Once we made it to O-7 we were joined by Bobbie.... ah sorry, Mr. Kuljem. and he helped mine silver and joined us for the return trip. Also we lucked out on another independant mining contract for a local called Brentley. Bobbie and I split the work between us.
>>Brentley : neutral ID

IMG|Turney took over the S1 role for the return trip. I took over T-last. I didn't get stuck in a lane once! One of us did have a navigation error from a localized Ion storm which had me worried, but he followed through the wormhole a few minutes later so we didnt loose anyone. Problems were efficiently communicated, and we didnt get spread out too far. After dropping off the silver at the um... storage silo yes, thats... um... anyway we returned a few more systems over to the Taus, and one of our guest transports split off for Gallic space.

Silver yield in O-7... felt slow, but not terrible. about 1-11 tons in an Annapurna.
Niobium yield in T-23 was high, north eastern deposit.

Yours sincerely, Recruit Ashley Valent.

Greetings,

Few days ago was pretty interesting, as I have never been in such environment.
It was reported on our secure channel that we will be having convoy soon, so I launched my mining ship "Annapurna". Around that time there was this hostile ship flying near Java, so I decided to just stay very close to station and let military ships deal with him, but all of sudden he went from about 1500-2k distance from base straight towards me. He started shooting and almost destroyed my shield, but I managed to escape on time, and started shooting straight at him from that moment, and just about maybe 10 seconds later or so we killed the enemy. After that the system was clear and we continued mining ore for our transporters.
Once all were filled we regrouped in front of Java. I am sure that someone took better picture from front, but I decided to take a picture from behind, and I think I got almost everyone. Perhaps only one ship is not in a picture(at all, + half that ALG ship). This was perhaps the most awesome moment I experienced while being IMG member. There were about twelve transports(eleven on picture, so really have no idea, but I think I heard someone saying there were twelve) plus I think there were three escorts. Colonial escorts as always. We went on the most standard route through Bretonia towards New Berlin system. I there weren't any serious problems along the way.

After delivery, we resupplied our base, and continued mining for new shipping.
Everything was alright from first moment till last. I have to say I was pretty excited as that was biggest convoy I ever participated in!
I will try to name all the people that were participated but I am pretty sure I will miss some, so I hope someone will make a clearer, better organized report about one hell of a convoy!

Transporters: CR|-CM-Party.Smasher, CR|-CM-Bandit, [UC]UCN-Venduer.2, IMG|Totalizer, IMG|Azuras, IMG|Earnest.Quest, IMG|Falling.Teardrop, IMG|North.Star, IMG|Alf.Evanz, [ALG]-TGX-Paderborn and myself.
Escort: CR|-Moloch[49th], CR|-Eagle[49th] and CR|-WO.Butler.

Today was also ok. I missed first part of Convoy which was heading from Tau system as I was already in Omega-7. So, to hurry things up I decided to go mine on my own as I saw no threats in system nor anywhere nearby. I managed to mine a whole bunch of ore. While I was mining some independent trader named Brentley came close to me in hope of acquiring my service. So as I mined lot of ores I made deal with him and the trader went off on his way happily. Actually so happy that he came back about thirty minutes later and asked for another filling.
After I filled him the first time not long has passed before our transporters started arriving. One ship was insta-filled. There was ore for one more transporter but at that same time a "The_Dumpster_Dweller" arrived at place and demanded five million credits in exchange for not blowing up all those ores I just mined. Right when he was about to shot them all up, transporter came right on time, and tractored them all in, and I also tractored one so there would be less for him to destroy. At that time, he started pursuing that same transpoter "IMG|Never.Early". I tried to help him escape, which he did as the pirate had issues with navigating system(was lagging like crazy, and suddenly went straight down or something like that. In any case he was no longer threat and we returned to doing what we do best.

Just when I was about to go change my ship into transporter so kind Ashley could fill it up with ore, the same independent trader - Brentley arrived at scene that bought ore from me half hour earlier. So, me and Ashley accepted the deal, and left him filled with ore once again.

Five transporters then continued towards Tau systems, without any encounter along the way. Oh and we also had one scout!
Scout: IMG|Turney
Transporters: CR|-CM-Party.Smasher, [UC]-UCN-Vendeur.2, IMG|Alf.Evanz, IMG|Ashley_.Valent.[R] and myself.

I am sorry, but I forgot to turn on my guncam at times. Will try to turn it on more often in future!

Robert Kuljem

Okay alright, this is QuinnZai reporting in and I have some kill reports to make on behalf of the IMG as well as for myself. I have been in many combat situations over the last few weeks in which I did my best to thwart the enemy and defend our miners. A few times I was unable to defend all of us but luckily I was able to rescue them in the end though. Here are some of my latest kills:

Outcast Sabre - 1 CL} (Disrupted mine)
Outcast Sabre - 2 CL} (Disrupted mine)
Outcast Falcata (Watch out for that thruster!)
Corsair Gunboat - 1
Corsair Gunboat - 2
Corsair Gunboat - 3
Outcast Gunship
Outcast Destroyer - 1
Outcast Destroyer - 2
Outcast Destroyer - 3

This brings my total confirmed kills thus far to:
5 Very Heavy Fighters
6 Bombers
9 Gunboats
4 Capital Ships
1 Liner

And here are my stats in general: (To make things more simple)
Total Kills: 20 Snubs (3 of which are high profile targets), 5 Caps
Escort Missions: 5
Contraband Interceptions: 1
Convoys Flown: 20
Transport Kills: 4 GBs
Smuggling Missions: 1

And that is it for my report. Don't worry, there will still be many more of these reports to follow.
QuinnZai, reporting out!
