Overwatch will deal with this appropriately. Do not take any hostile actions towards them. Remember that revealing any informations about our operations and locations is a serious security issue at best given current situation. Communications with outside will be resumed once we can do so safely. Until then, our logistic vessels will have to suffice for now.

Greetings esteemed members of the Order High Command,

I, Colonel Tereus Mitchell, along with Captain Tiberius, and Captain Wallace, wish to bring forth a formal complaint, and if need be, charges against OFE-00|Nex, OFE-00|Archangel, and Marcos Oliveira, Agent in charge of the OEF-13|Invictus.

An informal inquiry and complaint has already been made to Overwatch Michal Golanski, via secure comms, however a more formal complaint / charges were felt necessary.

The complaint and charges we wish to file with the High Command is as follows:

1. Lack of Knowledge of Order Protocol.
2. Insubordination to a senior Order Officer.
3. Attacking a white-listed transport, (i.e. White listed pre-Battle of Minor, one Falling.Sun), whose captain is an undercover Order Operative, berthed upon the Salvation, formerly the IL-Salvation, under command of Captain Wallace.
4. Dereliction of duty, including failing to educate and train its pilots, i.e. Nex and Archangel in proper Order Protocols.
5. Doctoring Evidence, i.e. Communication Logs
6. Treason against the High Command, including but not limited too War Mongering against LN / =LSF= Forces in Zone 21.

I present to you the following evidence: Evidence

Summary Report:

SGM| forces first encountered OFE| Forces in Zone 21, in direct vicinity of Battleship Atum. As the comm logs show, OFE-00|Archangel is an inexperienced, uneducated, and most certainly not properly evaluated pilot, which Agent Oliveira takes direct responsbility for, shown in the provided comm logs.

It should be noted that We, The Order, have just suffered a devastating loss, and tragedy in the Battle of Omicron Minor, and massacre of Toledo. As over one million order personnel lost their lives in the Nomad bombardment, the last thing we need is a war in Zone 21, where we only maintain a remote survelliance ship.

As the comm logs show, Agent Archangel has neither the experience, or knowledge of order protocol. Some logs were inadvertently erased, and the technician in charge of transfer has been disciplined. It was however clear, and Lt. Corso.Riggs and Captain Tiberius of the IL-Repentance can attest to this, that Agent Archangel was convinced that Zone 21 is an Order owned system, and that all =LSF= / LN /LNS- needed to be purged.

SGM| / IL- Forces encountered OEF-13|Invictus in the debris field of Omicron Minor, after recieving a distress call from the transport Falling.Sun. It should be noted here, that pre-Battle of Minor, Falling.Sun was on the Order White list and was often seen running supplies to Toledo / Isis / IL- and SGM| forces. It should also be mentioned that this transport operates under the direct supervision and control of Captain Wallace of the Salvation, formerly the IL-Salvation.

Upon receiveing the distress call, IL- and SGM| Forces were dispatched to protect / escort Falling.Sun, which was reporting it was taking fire from OEF-13|Invictus. We would like to note here, that OEF-13|Invictus Agent in Charge, Oliveira inexperience, and inability to command is shown in the evidence above.

Of note:
1. Paranoia - Assuming all unknown ships to him, are hostile, and that IL- / SGM| Forces are infected.
2. Lack of knowledge of Order Protocol, clearly shown through out the entirety of the comm. logs.
3. Inability to Command / Dereliction of duty - Shown by the lack of discipline, training, and education of the pilots under his command. Furthermore, anyone who is a self proclaimed Admiral lacks both the skill, insight, and experience to command, shown not only by the arrogance, but the complete disregard to reason, i.e. respect is earned, not given.
4. Insubordination - As founding members of IL- Captain Tiberius, Wallace, and myself find his lack of knowledge, experience, and inability to perform even the most basic of database searches, shows that he has no concept of hierarchy.
5. Doctoring Evidence - Agent Oliveira's threats of Court Martial, which were convienantly omitted from his evidence, shows he lacks both the maturity, and virtue to command an Osiris class battleship.

We, Colonel Tereus Mitchell, Captatin Tiberius, and Captain Wallace, wish to bring forth military criminal charges against Agent Oliveira, and a motion to court martial.

The evidence has been set before the High Command, and we trust you have the insight to do what is right. We would ask at the very least that Agent Oliveira have his command of any capital ship larger then a gunboat revoked, effective immediatly.

We would like to add, that Wallace was a Colonel in Order| and I was a Colonel in Order| Under command of Admiral Kelt. It should be noted, even though many of you are aware, that IL- has always had The Orders best interests in mind, and many a time have we come to Order|'s aid.

Of note, in case any of you have forgotten, we have saved several Admiral's, now Overwatch, from TCG| / BHG|Mimic. Attacks. We will continue to be vigilant, protecting the Order from all threats, within and without, always keeping our organizations best interests in mind.

You call yourself 'admiral' yet you cannot even deal with bunch of recruits. If you are incapable of commanding your own people why you self-proclaimed yourself an admiral, title that has been unique only to Order High Command itself until been replaced by Overwatch? Keep them in check or I will have to intervene and that happens only when any other option failed. You dont want that.

This vessel is not permitted into Order space at current time, furthermore every single of you failed to forward scanned cargo of said vessel. Only High Command can aprove any vessel access to Order space. I wish to know reason for this transport to blow its cover by this action on private channel.

Commander Tereus Mitchell, Oliveira is right in case of your commanding. You have no authority above OEF, you all being under command of Overwatch according to chain of command established after second battle of Toledo. Any side commencing act of violence upon other side will be automaticaly assumed guilty and become subject for punishment. Restore discipline agents, this is your primary directive.
