In the begining, i would like to introduce myself to your respected corporations and companies. My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, Nebula Shipping Express docking master, and i am here on behalf of our CEO, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka which assigned me to contact your respected offices for establishing a massive project for the NSE modular installation at the Cambridge system.

The NSE board members agreed to initiate the "Nebula Innovation" architecture project and finally the project is being processed. The project is about a heavy upgrade to the NSE modular installation to a higher core with special features. The NSE would be honored if your respected corporations accept to participate in the designing and construction of this massive project. We would like to contract the Bretonia Mining and Fabrications for the engineering and designing of the new project. We understand that the BMF corporation is a leader in this field.

This project requires at least 2 corporations/companies for logistic means, so we would be honored if Rheinland Shipping and Gateway Shipping Inc. accept our offer for a logistic contract covering the entire two phases of the project. There will be several features in this project and one of them is the construction and equipping of the "Nebula Lounge & Bar" which is designed to be a unique chilling place for our employees and clients. The NSE board decided to offer that part of the contract to Orbital Spa & Cruise which is one of its kind when it comes to luxurious comfy business.

The project heavy constructions will be offered to one of our greatest business partners from the Bretonia and Rheinland house spaces, The corporation's names will be decided after the preparations for the heavy constructions phase are done.

This is a very good start and I think personally that dealing with such a notorious corporation and successful high command is what keeps me happy in this business.

We would like to have more details about the external parts of the installation. We care much for the safety of this modular station and the personnel inside and outside. We would like to have more designs for the Factory designs and the external safety measurements. I will wait for your reply concerning those two matters as soon as possible so we can continue with the rest of the designs.

We would like you to deliver those materials following the template shown below for the delivery reports. It is very important for us to have everything working in an organized way. Bump All Commodities up to a Flat Rate of 1500 Credits per Unit

Now now before you scream bloody daylight robbery at me I'll put it in some context for you with some number crunching we did:

The Total Profit stood to be gained if we dedicated A Single Transport to each of the Three below resources would be as follows:
Hull Segments : (25,000 X 1,000) = Sell Price of 25,000,000 and (25,000 X 500) = Cost/Buy Price of 12,500,000 Providing a Net Profit of 12,500,000 SC @ 4min 04 Seconds per one way trip - 10 trips total = 40min 40 Seconds
Reinforced Alloys: (75,000 X 750) = Sell Price of 56,250,000 and (75,000 X 250) = Cost/Buy Price of 18,750,000 Providing a Net Profit of 37,500,000 SC @ 3min 15 Seconds per one way trip - 15 trips = 49min (rounded up)
Industrial Hardware : (25,000 X 800) = Sell Price of 20,000,000 and (25,000 X 400) = Cost/Buy Price of 10,000,000 Providing a Net Profit of 10,000,000 SC @ 3min 15 Seconds per one way trip - 5 trips Total = 16 min (rounded down)

The Same Single Transport doing an Export of Pristine Ice from Our Installation :
Sell Price 5000 X 13782 = 68,910,000 and (5000 X 3000) = Cost/Buy Price of 15,000,000 Providing a Net Profit of 53,910,000 SC @ 23min 56 seconds

The above also does not take into account the return trip times or offloading and unloading...So as you can see we'd be making substantial losses with current pricing and would see no reason to allocate more than 3 ships currently.

Concerning the amounts offered here, I would like to inform you that the capacity of the lounge will be able to hold 5,000 guests but this will rarely happen at this early phase of our business so we will take your amounts and on the refilling times, we will refill for almost 700 people per month. The security issue is indeed a very important part of our concerns, so we already are receiving several offers from security companies and we are still studying all the options and features.
