Incident Report

Case Number: 25676B
Incident: Transporting civilians in a cargo bay/ Assault
Location: New London
Reporting Officer: Detective Constable Steve judge

Today i was stationed outside Planet New London with Constable Camille.Rain, we were conversing with some other vessels when it was bought to our attention that two suspicious ships had been spotted in the Omega-7 System. We attended Omega-7 where we came across a vessel named Martha.Lass, this person was carrying a civilian who she says was infected, i demanded she release the civilian, which she did. She made claim that the citizen was infected so i secured the person in a quarantine pod ready for transfer to the medical facility on NL. As we were dealing with this miscreant we noticed two suspicious vessels near the Omega-5 JH, we intercepted the vessels and they immediately began to open fire (//Without RP mind, not that it made a difference). Of course, myself and officer Rain were trigger ready and so we returned fire on them, resulting, after a skirmish of sorts, in their destruction. We then returned to planet NL and docked to write up reports and to deliver the suspected infected civilian to the medical unit

The name of the criminal vessels destroyed, with proof, are:
Bad.Max
&
L.P

Greetings fellow colleagues. I apologize for being late with this report.
During my shift, along with officer Steve, we have encountered a rather strange vessel in front of planet New London in New London system. It was Zoner Battleship of Carrier class who entered our house space without permission. Its name is Golden.Path, on sight he was explained the situation, told to pay fine and be escorted out of Bretonian house space which he refused. On scene BAF captain named Paul of Battleship "Kirk" class appeared and he was granted permission to handle situation because they have more experience in dealing with this kind of threats. Even Paul tried to resolve situation peacefully.

Situation worsened after two coalition fighters appeared. Unfortunately, out of sudden, my camera malfunctioned and I couldn't take cam-shot of them and their ships, could it possibly be that they posses technology to disable some of ship's system? Nevertheless I still posses logs of encounter with them. They provoked Zoner captain into taking action and he started fleeing, BAF successfully took care of Zoner Carrier, while fighter wing managed to take down one of the Coalition fighters, another escaped.
Conclusion

I suspect that there is some secret relationship between that Zoner and Coalition, they could be secretly cooperating for unknown goals. I suggest strict monitoring of these two groups, I hope my suspicions are wrong.

This concludes my report.

Junior Constable Drake Scott reporting.

Earlier today BPA received a report of a Gaian terrorist identifying himself as Red_Raven had attacked the BMM space station Canary Wharf. shortly after his attack it is reported he attempted to pirate local transport ships proceeding around the greater area of Planet New London.

[20.02.2017 16:36:53] CONSOLE: Base Canary Wharf Station is under attack by Red_Raven!

Transports alerted the BPA to the attempted Piracy and attack on Canary Wharf. Myself and Officer Steve Judge responded swiftly to this alert and arriving at Planet New London my scanner picked up the identified accused target at 14 K from orbit of the planet, Unknown was his heading and speed as he made his escape when spotting officers in his proximity. Splitting up we quickly assumed a search pattern of the system.

Along my search i warned passing vessels of the threat. I encountered a well known Freelancer by the name of Talandar and asked him to report if he saw the said ship to the authorities immediately. He agreed to co-operate. What was approximately a few minutes later i had taken the trade lane which heads to the Dublin gate i encountered simultaneously the accused and experienced a forced trade lane disruption by Red_Raven which appeared to be another attempt of piracy. Unfortunately for him however his next would-be victim was myself.

He immediately fled into Sector 5 C. His course was consistent with attempting to reach the Dublin jump hole.
Engaged in pursuit I activated my siren and signaled Officer Judge, reporting my position and heading to him. I attempted to signal for the halt of Red_Raven and instructing him that he is wanted for attack on the space station and attempted piracy. He responded simply with "Yes".

[20.02.2017 16:50:45] BPA)Drake.Scott: You are wanted for attacking a space station and attempted piratey
[20.02.2017 16:50:52] Red_Raven: yes

Officer Judge then communicated to me he was on his way with a privateer Cassius Baine. Whom I assume had been temporarily conscripted for this assignment.
Closing in on the target he brought himself to a dead stop. Without warning Red_Raven opened fire. I was taken aback by the force of his fire power as he was piloting a gunboat. I was however able to save myself and evade destruction.
I would like it noted though however, his rather unscrupulous, shameful and cowardly surprising attack not only nearly destroyed my Fighter and killed me in the line of duty, He caused my tea flask to be dislodged from the now damaged holder and it burned my legs.

Coupled with my discontent for his dishonorable attack and burning legs i proceeded to return fire forthwith. Evading his fire the best I could and returning fire but it became rather clear that should I not signal for assistance i would soon meet my end, I Sent a system wide message of my plight

[20.02.2017 16:52:23] BPA)Drake.Scott: Officer Underfire!

Freelancer Talandar and Sapphire.Raven responded to the call and I gave them my location, mean while Officer Judge arrived on scene along with the privateer Cassius Baine. At this point the fire fight had entered the explosive gas region of the Cumbria Asteroid Field, The Gasses with exploding weapons fire was raining in all directions the siren from my Fighter was wailing and rocks from the asteroids where smashing into all the vessels, it gave me a flash back of my time spent on the front line of Leeds as i rained down fire on Red_Raven, Suddenly there was a explosion but it was not a Gas pocket it was Officer Steve Judge.

[20.02.2017 16:53:36] Death: BPA)Steve.Judge was put out of action by Red_Raven (Gun).

The fight continued Talandar and Sapphire.Raven arrived only a moment to late, their combined firepower coupled with myself and the privateer made short work of the Gaian.

[20.02.2017 16:59:06] Death: Red_Raven has died

Moving clear of the Gas pockets i informed the remain vessels i would search for Officer Steve Judges escape pod, However Talandar presented not only Officer Steve Judges escape pod but that off a fallen BAF fighter pilot that had got caught up in the fight, Thanking Talandar, Sapphire.Raven and Cassius Baine warmly for their service to the realm and assistance I also congratulate them on their skill and team work. Should they not had arrived i would surely had been in a escape pod myself or worse.

Returning to New London to get our brave Officer Steve Judge into medical care and out of that pod and of course to make repairs to my fighter and of course get a change of trousers and deal with the burns to my legs from the tea.
I received what must of been a communication error...maybe from the damage ? or maybe perhaps it had a more supernatural element to it Red_Raven's Ghost ? or perhaps he survived in a escape pod and found a way to communicate from the pod ?

[20.02.2017 17:05:44] Red_Raven: you next

Whatever that message was it appears my temporary deputies reported they received the same and similar messages.

Landing on New London i raced to get Judge & the BAF Pilot from there escape pods and into hands of a medical team and technicians set to work on repairing my vessel.

Case Number: 25678B
Incident: Freight Ship/Illegal goods permit
Location: New London
Reporting Officer: Detective Constable Steve judge

Today i was approaching New London when i came across a Pirate Train with engines cut sat just outside the entrance to the Dublin tradelane. I approached the vessel and started questioning the captain when all of a sudden a matching Pirate Train vessel came alongside. Obviously both captains were totally unaware of the illegality of there ships as they were unusually happy to approach myself, a thing which is rare these days what with smugglers becoming smarter by the day, i proceeded to scan the second vessel and was curious when i noticed he was carrying an illegal goods permit, funnily enough i'd been browsing the list just earlier on an unrelated matter and couldn't remember seeing his name on the registration list. Anyhow, a senior officer was in attendance and decided it was best to just escort them from the system after a 2 million fine each for the illegal freight ships

Officers in attendance:
BPA)Waldorf.Salad.
BPA)Drake.Scott

The name of the criminal vessels questioned are:
Janos
&

Unfortunately my databank has been corrupted.. It wasn't tea again.. honest. So yeah, no visual evidence to supply but i have logs should they be needed

Incident Report

Case Number: 25679B
Incident: LSF with hybrid alien weapons and BDM in house space
Location: New London
Reporting Officer: Detective Constable Steve judge

Good day,
Today i have been mostly stationed outside Planet New London, due to the recent increase in smugglers bringing military goods into the system i was monitoring all traffic and scanning ships.

It is while i was stationed outside the planet i had these two meetings, at separate times;

1st incident:
A vessel i am not so sure of. This vessel had LSF papers and was not hostile at any point, although when questioned on his weapons loadout, became sketchy with his information and refused to tell me how he came to have such equipment on his ship. He did however voluntarily hand over a Lane Hacker pilot, i have transferred the pilot to NL for questioning

Evidence: ID | Loadout
Action taken: None, ship left Bretonia peacefully after interaction with myself

2nd incident:
The second encounter was with an agent of the BDM. The vessel had me chase it all the way from the planet to the Cambridge jump gate, this puts his next statement in some doubt.. The agent told me that his agency had received permission from the BPA to enter the system with the sole purpose of moving this cargo, it wasn't until i checked with a senior officer later that i was informed this was not the case. This vessel was carrying military goods from Dublin, maybe the BAF will be interested in this information also

Evidence:
ID
Cargo
Action taken:
none

Officers in attendance:
None

The callsign of the vessels questioned are:
the Rheinland ship:
BDM|LV-Gotha
&
the LSF ship:
Weller

Incident Report

Case Number: 25682B
Incident: Contraband
Location: New London, Sector 3G
Reporting Officer: Detective Constable Steve judge

Today i was stationed outside planet NL, scanning vessels as they moved through the house. While scanning the lanes i came across a suspicious vessel in the Manchester system so started to proceed there. While on the lane between Canterbury Station and then Manchester JG i came across a Junker vessel, namely a TTR-1130 Series Pilgrim Liner with the callsign The.Apothecary. Upon scanning the vessel it transpired it was smuggling contraband through the system, this was in the form of 15 units of side arms and 4000 units of Artifacts. I immediately opened a dialect with the vessel's captain, knowing he could take me on rather easily i decided to make some time. I started to entertain his suggestion of a bribe and so we moved away from the JG while i radioed in to a BAF Officer who fortunately had just entered the system, to attend the scene. Once the BAF officer was on scene the situation soon turned violent and after firing upon the officer, the Junkers vessel was destroyed.

Conclusion:
Contraband recovered and delivered to Cambridge
Suspects vessel destroyed

Officers in attendance:
BAF|Lt.Cdr.Sid.Fire

The name of the criminal vessels questioned are:
The.Apothecary

Evidence:
ID
Cargo

Incident Report

Case Number: 25682B
Incident: Contraband/engagement
Location: Planet Cambridge, Cambridge system
Reporting Officer: Constable John Steiner

Begining of patrol was met with some inital confusion as I was immediatly alerted to a civilian flying a Corsair freighter. I found the man, who steadfastly refused any attempts to make contact over the radio link and had an annoying habit of ignoring my warnings to stop. His refuseal to comply was met with growing impatience and thus I destroyed his vessel.

I soon made my way to Omega-3, amid report that a Liberty carrier of all things was present in that system. I arrived and found the captain, who gave me some line about protecting traders but not being under the command of anyone. I invited the BAF to take charge and they dispatched a secondry fleet capital ship to deal with the matter. As soon as they left the system, I found myself surrounded by a full fighter wing of RHA and SCRA...Needless to say, I was promptly destroyed, but rescued by the Zoners.

Logs and images can be provided upon request.

Case Number: 25684B
Incident/s: Contraband X2 | Hostile Transponder & Ships/Equipment produced by hostile Nation
Location: New London, Sector 6G | Cambridge, Sectors 3B & 6D
Reporting Officer: Detective Constable Steve judge

Today i was on patrol in New London. I received information on the TLAGSNET scanner of a vessel moving through the Cambridge system carrying the restricted contraband - Artifacts. I proceeded to the Cambridge system and positioned my ship at the Jump Gate to New London to intercept the suspect ship. After a short while here a vessel with the callsign Alan.Glance exited from the trade lane that runs from the Bristol Mining Facility. I ordered the vessel to cuts its engines and engaged a scan of their cargo. The scan found the vessel to be carrying a cargo of 2950 units of Black Market Munitions. I began to question the captain of the vessel, an ALG employee by the same name as the callsign, he informed me that he had purchased the goods in Rheinland and had intended to sell them in Dublin. I doubted his intentions greatly and assumed a more likely route of the Leeds system via the anomaly in New London. As per standard protocol i ordered the vessel to drop its cargo for destruction, which it did. I then fined the captain 500,000SC and sent it back to Rheinland via Omega-3. I was then accompanied by Constable John Steiner who had already been heading to my location to assist me with the ALG vessel. No sooner than officer Steiner had arrived on the scene we were alerted to another vessel on our scanners, the one i had been interested in initially. Almost instantly a Freelancer vessel, namely an 'IDC K-FR-2303 "Sunburst" Freighter', with the callsign Remmington.Steele appeared from the Jump Lane. I proceeded to scan the vessel and a total of 540 Artifacts were found. I questioned the Captain of the vessel who informed me he wasn't aware of the legality of such items in Bretonia. Since it was his first offence myself and Officer Steiner decided to use our discretion and let him off with a small fine of 250,000 and removal + destruction of his cargo. The ship was not removed from Bretonia, although advised to read up on the Kingdom's laws

Conclusion:
Black Market Munitions - Destroyed & ALG Vessel fined and removed from Bretonia
Artifacts - Destroyed & Freelancer fined

Officers in attendance:

The name of the criminal vessels questioned are:
ALG Vessel - Alan.Glance
Freelancer - Remington.Steele

Incident/s: Contraband X54+|Breach of a restricted area.
Location: Newcastle, sector F2-Barrier Ice cloud.
Reporting Officer: Inspector John Steiner

Today I was on patrol in New London when I recieved a call from a secondry fleet ship by the name of ''HMS-The Royal Sword'' who claimed he was engaging a civillian gunboat with restricted items in Newcastle. I diverted and encountered the pair, HMS was a crecy class destroyer while the civillian was a condor class gunboat. The civillian (by the name of Torun Hial) did indeed have a number of items restricted under section 3.3 of the restricted goods act. I demanded he drop his cargo, he refused and began running. For roughly ten minutes a running skirmish between myself the HMS and the civillian occured before the civillian was eventually destroyed in the edges of the barrier nebula. The HMS secured the cargo and returned it to a BAF base for destruction.

Conclusion:
Offending vessel destroyed
Contraband secured

Case Number: 25686B
Incident/s: Encounter with Royal Navy VHF
Location: New London, Sector D6
Reporting Officer: Detective Chief Inspector Steve judge

Quite an interesting encounter today while doing my regular patrol in New London. While stationed outside the planet New London i recorded a Royal Navy vessel appear on my scanner, namely [RN]-Mary-Anne.Reyes, i started to prepare weapons to defend the area but the vessel stayed quite a considerable distance away, just within scanner range. It is then that i received a transmission from the vessel, a record of which is included in the attachments of this report. In brief, the message pertained to, in a rather sarcastic way, White Shipping Co and their dealings with the hostile nation. As you can see from the transmission the information is both limited and obviously intending to direct some attention at [WSC].

Conclusion:
Case opened: An investigation into White Shipping Co. shall commence. Myself and Detective inspector John Steiner will be heading up the enquiries, any information relating to the case should be forwarded to us as a matter of urgency
