Good Evening,
While Orbital has done business in the past. I'm looking to discuss the future. As more and more of our customer base are clamoring for tickets aboard the single Lucullus within our fleet, I'm afraid that sole vessel cannot meet the vast demand that Sirius poses. So once again we are approaching EFL in hopes to acquire a second Lucullus Liner for Orbitals Operational Fleet.
however
Given Orbitals vast operational spread it is therefor undesirable to have another one of these vessels confined to the same Rhineland or Gallic centric routes to ensure a constant stream of fuel. So what Orbital proposes is, in addition to whatever is deemed necessary to fund the acquisition of a second Lucullus Liner, a monthly amount of no less than 10,000 units of Oil be shipped to our planet-side storage facilities on Planet Curacao. For this Orbital is willing to offer a sum of 30 million credits in monthly payments for each fuel delivery. If EFL is interested of course, in either or both of the offers.
Regards,
James Blackwood

Bonjour, Monsieur.
I am Véronique Baudelaire, director of commercial operations within EFL S.P.A.
I understand you've had dealings with Jeremie Dupont and as he seems to have left this message unanswered, I figured we could at least dignify it with a response. While EFL do construct these vessels, it is in partnership with our colleagues over at IDF Shipping and their own luxury cruise ventures, and as such I am unable to authorise any further sales of these vessels to Orbital Spa & Cruise. If you wished to pursue any further agreements with IDF, I have copied them into this comm so they may reply as and when.
Any fuel shipments would also be at the discretion of our partners in IDF as I personally feel it would be bad business to give your company an edge over their own cruise division. Competition is fierce in this sector, oui?
Véronique Baudelaire,
Directeur commercial et maritime,

Good Morning,
You must be joking about Competition. There are already high level discussions occurring between Orbitals Directors and IDF regarding one of the two liners in Gallia. Addtionally your own C.E.O less than three months ago said the following, and I quote
(03-15-2020, 04:59 PM)EFL Oil and Machinery Wrote: with the Crown gone and their heavy restrictions on who can and cannot buy certain classes of ships I see no issue allowing you to purchase a Lucullus
Your company already has the authority to manufacture and sell these vessels, I am simply asking to purchase one. It would be a wise investment of course to start to expand your sells base to beyond the boarders of Gallia, something your C.E.O. was trying to do with the initial sale of the first Lucullus to OS&C.
Regards,
James Blackwood

Bonjour, Monsieur.
What discussions happen between your company and IDF are no real concern of mine. We are unable to sell you any further vessels until we get the go-ahead from those that own the rights to those vessels, it's rather simple.
EFL are not in the business of luxury cruises and have other ventures planned to expand beyond Gallia.
I wish you luck in future endeavours, but I feel as though this line of contact should be taken over by our colleagues at IDF.

Good Afternoon,
Orbital wanted to take a moment to thank EFL and IDF for the pleasantly lengthy bureaucratic delay in responding to this communication. Had we proceeded with any sort of expediency, as expected by any profitable Sirius based corporation, Orbital may have been targeted for reprisals by the Kusari Government as IDF has with the forced takeover of La Charite Spaceport.
We will be closing this channel and withdrawing our request for another one of your Lucullus Liners.
Good Luck,
James Blackwood
