Despite the active video feed, the Erie woman is difficult to see, evidently sat in the relative dark in her cockpit. What remains discernable is a ragged collection of handmade clothes, shawls and a flight helm modified with a carved wooden fronting over green eyes, the right visibly brighter than the left - Given the technical skill of Auxesian cybernetics, likely a design choice of her own, rather than any technical defect.
She leans forward and plays with the controls of the cockpit for a few moments, , and moves a mess of cloth and materials off the consoles infront of her, before nodding and speaking.
Good day Miss Gestalt.
I thought i had best message you now, as i expect my access to the net will be limited soon, once i depart into the Sigma's and Omicrons.
While travel through the Tau region proved uneventful, i did ask around where i could on the matter of Insurgency ships - The topic made for easier conversation with others aboard the Freeport than anything else, really. - And while any deliberate sightings seemed, well, minimal, i did acquire the names of two ships that were sighted in the region, and i am a woman of my word, so i relay them here.
INS-Procyon & INS-John Rorke. I'm afraid more than that was not forthcoming, save that the Rorke was seen near Canberra in Tau-44, albeit briefly. I'll be departing into Eastern Sirius soon, so i don't expect i'll be able to respond to any messages should they come for a short while. I'm told there is a Freeport down in the Sigma's, so i'll likely stop off there before going to visit the Outworlders.
Safe Flights, Miss Gestalt.
Thank you for the information. Hopefully this will be of some use to us. If nothing else, hopefully the easy conversation's made your travels more pleasant. Safe flights through Kusari and the Sigmas, and mind the gas pockets.
