Naomi,
I'm sorry, I need to keep this relatively short.
I'm not sure how much has reached you at this point, but things have been happening really fast... I've had trouble keeping up, to be honest.
But the long and short of it is that we've left the BAF - Goodman, Arland, Savoie, myself, and others - for a number of reasons. It was all very sudden, but the point is that I trust the Commander a lot more than I trust a bunch of desk-jockey Admirals I've never seen before. We're going to take the fight to the Gallics, and really try and make a difference.
The problem is that High Command is not happy with our actions, and I think we're probably fugitives by this point. Well... I know that makes things difficult for the two of us.
Look, I really need to see you. I used my own cipher for this message, but I'm still wary about too much long-distance communication. Please, can you find some time and come to Barrier Gate in Coronado when you can? I'll try and explain better in person.
Just... please be careful. If they find out you are talking with me, you might wind up in trouble too. I wouldn't want you to lose your job on account of me.
Take care of yourself, Naomi. I hope I'll get to see your smiling face again soon.
I... I wasn't aware of that... my... uhm... I hope you're all fine, especially you, Lisa. I will be on my way as soon as possible. G-going to pack a few things and then I will h-head out! S-see you there, Lisa!
