Simple truth is that Rheinland & Liberty are already at war, Liberty tolerates ALG presence merely due to the fact they would have no one specialized in removing their waste build-ups on Libertonian bases.
AI, if you don't mind having nothing bigger than battle transport cargo with a 10% power core (since the lore for it actually does contain heavy trading features). You can legitimately go through anywhere so long as you're in a transport, with docking access to everywhere. GMG might shoot you though and KNF will act a bit unpredictable around you.
Sort our your relations with factions and you can be neutral all excepting nomads. Plus most of the Rp for why you are wherever you are can be your own.
