Laws and regulations of the Maltese Nation apply to all maltese and foreign pilots, every maltese installation, ship and system. They may be subject to change, and notification will succeed any alterations.
These laws also affect anyone whom may enter, vacate or use maltese systems and installations.
§1-2-1
The Omicron-85 system is under direct control of the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz, and is governed by a separate set of laws and regulations in addition to the laws of the Maltese Nation.
The Omicron 85 Directive is described in §4-5.
§2-1 // Contraband Laws
Artifacts, Nomad Artifacts, NOX, Blood Diamonds and Synthetic Marijuana are illegal.
If caught, entire contents of cargo hold is emptied and the fine is 10.000.000 SC. Escape attempts result in immediate destruction.
If caught docking with these contents, the fine is 30.000.000 SC and the offenders callsign will be denied access to all maltese installation from that point onwards.
§2-2 // Laws for foreign entities & cargo ships
All inbound ships are required to undergo a full content scan of their cargo, ship and papers before being allowed to dock at any maltese installations within the Omicron-Alpha, Omicron-81 and Omicron-85 systems.

Non-allied combat vessels of all sizes are to state intentions when asked. Failure will result in departure or destruction.

All foreign and allied warship of cruiser class and above is strictly forbidden entry to maltese core territory.
§2-2-3
Excemptions to §2-2-2 are registred/listed warships performing hyperspace-jumps only allowed into Omicron-80.
§2-2-4
Trespassing the graveyard in the Siniestre Cloud is unforgivable. Pass through warrants one warning prior to termination.
Attempt to loot the graves, results in immediate execution.
Ghost of Razgriz directive on Nomad-Systems applies. See §4-4.
§2-3 // Specific Rules Of Conduct within Omicron-Alpha
Transports delivering goods shall leave with one of our exportable items unless prior authorization is given by Administration.
§2-3-1
Piracy or the hindering of goods entering Malta Orbit is unforgivable. Violators may be fined, exiled or destroyed.
§2-3-2
Piracy or the hindering of goods departing from Malta is unforgivable. Violators may be fined, exiled or destroyed.
§2-3-3
Opening fire within 5 clicks of any Maltese installation.
§2-3-4
Using the system as a shortcut between Sigma, Tau and Gallia systems.
The standard fine for violating any of these rules are per date 10.000.000 SC. Failure to comply will result in the offenenders destruction.
Follow Administrations commands. All maltese citizens and foreign entities are at all times required to follow issued directives. Individuals and groups that are allied or honored guests are not to be harassed. This laws apply to all maltese core territory.
§3-1 // Honored Guests
§3-1-1
Undue harassment is fined 25.000.000 SC.
§3-1-2
Initiating combat actions on Nacions guests are fined 30.000.000 SC.
§3-1-3
Destroying ships of Nacions guests is fined 50.000.000 SC.
§3-2 // Cardamine trade
Initiating combat actions on transports carrying Cardamine results in immediate destruction. See §2-3-1 and §2-3-2.
§3-3 // Equipment restrictions
§3-3-1
No maltese identified ship shall mount weapons manufactured by enemies of the Maltese Nation without prior approval from Administration.

Use of unauthorized alien technology is prohibited.
§4-1 // New-York and Liberty
Within the libertonian systems are Nacions primary markets for the distribution of Cardamine. To adhere positive conditions with the resident groups, no capital class warship may enter any libertonian core system without prior consent of the ruling markets embodiment there.
§4-1-1
A single Destroyer class may escort a minimum of 4 Cardamine shipments or convoys with maltese export products of Transport class to Liberty. It must remain out of all traffic lanes and may only fire in defense or in defense of the convoy it is escorting. A maximum of 2 fighters may be escort to the Destroyer.
§4-1-2
Ships participating in an event hosted by Administration may enter Liberty for the given time.
§4-1-3
Ships requested to assist the resident market controlling group may enter Liberty. The regulation and responsibilities of these ships falls under the group requesting aid. The ships are to return to their original maltese territory as soon as their aid is no longer needed.
Refusal to follow the restrictions are fined 50,000,000 SC.
§4-2 // Rheinland
Rheinland does not directly serve a purpose to the Maltese Nation. However, with the improving diplomatic relations with native factions, visits are encouraged.
Military campaigns are not permitted into Rheinland.
§4-3 // Bretonia
The Maltese Nation and the Kingdom of Bretonia have come to a ceasefire agreement based upon the need to defeat a common enemy. Therefore, no bretonian callsign is open to piracy and harassment or destroyed by maltese forces.
Exceptions to this paragraph:
§4-3-1
If a bretonian callsign is found guilty violating §2, §3, §4.4 or §4.5 the repercussions as outlined in the paragraph in question being apply.
§4-3-2
If an bretonian callsign is found loitering within 10 clicks of Cape Wrath, it is requested to leave. Failure results in immediate destruction.
§4-4 // Nomad Systems (Omicron-90 - Omicron-99 - Omicron Iota)
Upper Siniestre Cloud and Carinea are set under Ghost military law and are therefor restricted military territory
- Omicron-85 Corsica directive applies to the area
Trespassing beyond the forbidden jump in Siniestre Cloud results in lethal repercussions
Pursuit and destruction of intruding ships is granted to 101st pilots within the Omicron-90 system
§4-5 // Omicron-85
The 101st have ultimate control of Omicron-85, as it is restricted military airspace directly under their jurisdiction.
The Corsica-Sanctum and the Captana are restricted to 101st pilots only
All vessels identifying as Outcasts are granted access to Bastia Outpost.
All vessels identifying as Outcasts are granted passage to Omicron-81.
Foreign units are only granted access to Omicron-85 on a case-to-case basis. Any foreigner granted access must be escorted by a 101st pilot at any given time. Any independent travel without escort is highly forbidden and punishable by the immediate destruction of the vessel and all data gathered on the Omicron-85 system.
All unauthorized entry into the Omicron-85 system is considered trespassing on military ground, and warrants the immediate execution of the trespasser.

Any and all modular/temporary stations within maltese core and maltese contested territory require permission by Maltese Administration prior to construction.
