In response to the alarming number of pirates, Captain Krin of the Bounty Hunter's Guild was assigned to a newly ordered Talarca Light Cruiser. This cruiser, designated Fenrir, was outfitted with a support model of the Guardian AI that has been adapted to assist with cruiser operations. Though this is the first time the Guardian has been used in this way, the ship has been cleared for launch. Accompanying Captain Krin in the cruiser are three bounty hunters known only by the nicknames "Tracer", "Oron", and "Kaje" who perform various tasks on board the ship which include weapon's calibration and maintenance, navigation, and of course keeping prisoners under control. In addition to these four is an unnamed Guardian technician whos only purpose is to make repairs or adjustments to the Guardian system aboard the cruiser as necessary.

While on patrol in the New York system, Krin received reports of nomads in the area. Before today he had only heard rumors about nomads. He began trying to track them down after understanding they were not hostile. Even though "Aesir" was unable to find their location it was able to trace any jumpgates they used. After a while Krin and his crew caught up to them in the California Jumpgate. The nomads were curious as to why a Talarca Cruiser was following them, so Krin answered saying that he wanted to learn more about them. The journey took Krin and his ship through hostile territory controlled by such groups as the Order and Corsairs and then through areas controlled by Zoners ending in the Tohoku region of Kusari patrolled by Blood Dragons. Seeing that his crew was tired and the Fenrir running low on fuel and supplies, Krin turned the ship towards Planet Gammu back in Omicron Delta.

A few weeks have past since the Fenrir was first launched. The ship and its crew performed very well. However, bounty rewards have been hard to come by. On several occasions, lawful parties of a fight refused to offer a reward to the crew of this ship and resigned themselves to fight on their own, often losing. Today would be the last day the crew set out aboard the same ship. Reports of a pirate fleet moving in to New York from the Texas system came in as we launched from Baltimore Shipyards. One of the Liberty Navy ships sent a message to the crew saying there would be a five million credit reward for assisting. With that, everyone took their stations and set course for Norfolk Shipyards and the Missouri.
After the fight, the ship set course for Battleship Altenburg to obtain a Kiith Somtaaw SHF which was then towed back to Baltimore Shipyard so that the Talarca Cruiser could be dismantled, and the Aesir reprogrammed to support Krin's new ship.
