I am Steve Burns and I represent the Administration of Clew Bay. Recently our miners have had some contact with your people disrupting operations in the gold field. While I will lose no sleep over BMM or any other corporations lost profits I do have an interest when it comes to our own. My people were able to work out a short term deal for "Protection" but that kind of business is just extortion with more steps, It is not in our interests to pay every would be pirate that happens by. We are Free miners and traders, we are carving out our corner of the market for gold and working towards a freer alternative market, What we are not is fighters and we have no reason to seek conflict with any party that could become potential clients. We are interested in reaching some form of agreement to ensure the continued safe operation of our people, We understand the unease a new neighbor can cause and I want to assure you that we have no intention of disrupting whatever operations you have going on now or in the future.

Greetings Mr. Burns, I apologize for the late response I have been quite busy recently. I am Liam Gallagher Head of Relations for the Dublin Republic. So, on to business. As you may know the Dublin Republic controls Dublin and the gold that travels in and out of our system. As it stands we do not like when outsiders come in to take the gold from our fields, no matter who it might be. Now I understand you seek no conflict, but that does not mean conflict won't find you. We have seen many BMM ships stop at your small installation and we, for obvious reasons, don't like that one bit. We will give you two choices. One you dismantle or abandon your installation without further incident. The other is your base gets ripped apart subject to the vacuum of space. I await your decision.
I can safely say I did not know that, as to this point I was unaware there was a Dublin Republic much less that it thought itself in control of anything. you claim the gold fields and yet you harass the freelancers and not the corporate groups, I think that shows exactly how much control you have. Yes BMM stop at our installation, a lot of groups stop at our station, We sell gold and we take in a lot of goods that fall off transports, if people would rather buy our gold instead of mining their own then I say let them put corporate money back into the pockets of the workers, What you or any other group cares about means little if it is not backed by credits or supporting the workers. At the end of the day we have common ground in wanting to disrupt BMM, we however are not interested in open hostility preferring to play the long game attacking their bottom line through market competition and sponsored direct action. We were aware that conflict might find us, this is the nature of what we do. However we are not ready to abandon our station at this time. It is unfortunate you have taken such a quick and hostile stance but there is still time to change that before it is too late.
However at this time as the Administrator of Clew Bay I am Black listing all ships associated with your group until such time as you return to a more agreeable stance or are destroyed.
