Kallisti my good sirs.
I'm sorry to waste your precious time, but i would like to humbly request a little clarification regarding your stance towards TAZ.
The reason of my question is the following :
As you may know, Okinawa system is under blockade by Kusari Empire these days, and since Canaria have a great need of energy, we had to find another source for it.
Thus, we were today grabbing some nuclear devices from Helgoland station when we met a pilot of your fine army.
We hailed him and were answered with quite a rude tone.
Now you may think "Well, not a big deal, that was probably just a pilot angry to have to do his routine patrol on that fine afternoon". I couldn't agree more.
However i would personally like to know if i should expect to be treated as an hostile and shot on sight if i ever need to cross Rheinland.
Thanks in advance for the time you will take to process this request.

Guten Abend Herr Pope,
Major Harkonnen is quite literally the believer of the saying 'put your pride and country before everything else', this incident originated from his rather radical interpretation of the said principle.
What you witnessed was his personal standpoint, the Major has little regard for foreigners (as he said, Ausländers) and openly believes that they are the undoing of Rheinland. A fine soldier he may be, everyone has his... character.
You should not expect to be treated hostile by the general populace or military force of Rheinland, we welcome everyone who assists us in dire times. Regarding the good Major, even he is following regulations and you should not be afraid that he would commence anything more than verbal hostilities against you.
The law enforcement facilities of Rheinland are existent for the safety of civilians.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
Kallisti dear admiral.
Ah thank for your quick answer regarding that matter, sir.
I was quite surprised as we are rarely seen as a threat after all.
We don't try to convert people to our religion and we became somehow usefull by shipping goods pretty much everywhere.
I somehow understand the point of view of your subordinate, anyway.
After all, there is always some places in our home we don't want to share.
Moreover, what you don't know can be easily seen as a threat.
Either way, we will make sure to not forget to ship usefull good to Rheinlanders.
23's.
