Sehr geehrter Herr Richards,
we didn't speak already, did we?
An incident regarding you landed on my desk.
As far as I know you've successfully disabled a zoner ship, some days ago, which was on ze way to Bering.
Zat Zoner ship was carrying Deuterium. Callsign "Suzaku".
I'd like to know, to which station you did transport ze confiscated cargo.
Got it. Um. How long do we got to wait? Most Rheinland ships tend to stay on the legal side of things and travel away from Hamburg. In addition, sometimes these transports, who break the law, tend to have friends and tractor in their cargo and make a break for it.
Also, a lot of these issues happen one after another. I'f I'm held up protecting floating cargo, I may not be able to intercept.
But ok, I'll have to start that tonight.
Sometimes, when all you want is to gain your freedom, you must be willing to risk it all.

Sehr geehrter Herr Richards,
I'm not entirely sure if I understand your problem. Zere are enough patrols out zere, which are able to tractor said cargo.
In ze case of zey aren't in your near and/or you've to hurry, you can always ask registered Rheinland captains, to transport it back. We don't really need a proof from such a captain, just ensure zey doesn't go in ze ozer direction.
However, regarding ze past, you'd could for example contact Herrn Spire, Republic shipping or a police ship from ze next base. Just don't destroy confiscated cargo, if you're not told to.
But if you've to intercept anozer violator, do zis, rheinland patrols are not blind and floating cargo will be secured relative quickly.
