ID: Lieutenant Evan Lewis
Subject: Relocation to your escort wing
Location: Battleship Essex
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Lieutenant Evan Lewis, I have recently applied for the position within your escort wing. The Admiralty informed me that I have been granted the position, so I do require the coordinates of a meeting point.
Once you sent me the coordinates I will be on my way to this place.
I would also advise you to not scan my vessel with your sensors, there is sensible military tracking equipment for your own security on board. It could be damaged should it be exposed to rays of any kind.
SENDER: Captain Edward Hope LOCATION: HMS Pandora, Southampton Shipyard RECEIVER: Lieutenant Evan Lewis SUBJECT: RE: Relocation to your escort wing
Dear Mr. Lewis
that is wonderful news. Appears like the Admiralty is reliable and quick as ever. If it's true what you say, I won't have to ask for a confirmation on that. Now we're currently refuelling our tanks at Southampton, and are likely to head for Planet Leeds to pick up another shippment of refugees. Though, due to the frequent gallic patrols in front of Leeds, we'll set our meeting point around 20k east of Planet Leeds, near the location of the Magellan wormhole. We'll be awaiting your arrival at 1930 hours.
Thanks for the hint, of course we won't risk any damage on your tracking equipment. We normally don't scan obvious units of the Bretonia Armed Forces anyways. However, I am looking forward to our future cooperation. Until later then.
Yours faithfully,
Edward Hope
Captain of the HMS Pandora
