Good day, gentleman! Allow me to present myself.
My name is Aleister Corke and you could call me the founder of a recently made sub-division under command of the Guild Core named ,,The Warhound Brigade"
I have come towards you, dear sirs, with a quite unique proposition. Shamefully, my Brigade is quite low in manpower, a problem which I am looking to solve right now and for this, I have decided to ask for your aid.
But, before I begin, would you please allow me to mention all the prisons filled with convicts and criminals. All those prisons which are being filled day by day with people some of humanity despises but people a house still has to clean after as they are still citizens?
Back to my original subject, I seek to solve my problem by solving yours as well.
What am I asking is for the Crown to handle me some prisoners, well, parolees better said. They, instead of serving their time in prison, will serve it for me, under my command. How could it benefit you, you may ask, sirs? Well, simple. Prisons are less filled, prisoners are now forced to protect the law instead of fighting against it, and so, your criminal rate will reduce as well.
To ease off the possible problems, I plan on organizing this ,,recruitment" if you may call it that by myself. I mean, I will be going to send some members of my brigade to examine the parolees you are able to...to giveaway and if they have the skills required for our... field of work then we will take them, if not, they'll return back to the cells. That is, of course if you accept, sirs.
So, good sirs, what do you think of this? I assume you may think of it as bold and unnusual, but you know what they say... The boldest measures are the safest.

I was somewhat surprised by your unusual request, it isn't often that we hear from those looking to take people out of Newgate rather than put more in (at least from those of decent repute).
Before retiring and then coming back to the force, I was actually a senior warden on our beloved prison and can tell you it was not all war-criminals and die-hard revolutionaries. There are several such people - a couple of skilled smugglers, brawlers and the like - who are nearing their parole and perhaps your group can give them more of a purpose than they'd have had otherwise.
As far as I know, the Core has few operations in house space. If any 'recruits' you get from us do not live up to their parole terms, they can be reminded of their swift return.
Superintendent Bailey (our current Warden) will fill out the paperwork, shut in her office as usual, I'll be sure to warn her.
In the meantime, good luck in your endeavours.

Hearing this is very splendid news. I can assure you that this is an agreement which will benefit both parties.
In the meantime, I have already dispatched an individual in order to take care of all the selection process. If everything goes right, we will have a parolee selection channel up and running in no time.
May these prisoners serve a greater cause...
