This is for the pilots who call themselves Cipilan and Altegra. I understand you are trying to extort protection money from my boys. I’m also told that you have been made fully aware that we already have such an arrangement with the locals of Humboldt and you don’t seem to care that you are stepping on them. Is this true? Well, I have reports of you attacking Junker barges in Humboldt, demanding protection money from Junker vessels, and saying that you really don’t care about relations with the Liberty Rogues, even though you are flying under their colors. Are you telling me that none of this is true? We have a very good relationship with the residents of Humboldt. We help them and they help us. Your boys are trying to disrupt the peace we are all quite fond of in that system. Now, I have spoken at length with the leader of the Liberty Rogues and we have come to the agreement that if you continue trying to disrupt the relationship between our groups, you will not have a place to land among Junkers OR Rogues. Do we understand each other?
And as for the Hellfire Legion, no we are not allied with them and don’t really like them. They don’t like us either. However it seems that you boys have earned such a stellar reputation that the Legion hates you even more than they hate us. It would appear they are so blinded by their hatred of you that they didn’t even notice my boys.

Let's make it this way: junker tagged ships are not priority right now, so try to relax. But mind that any Junker caught helping Moka's dogs will be terminated on sight and their pods kicked into the young Humboldt sun ... understood ?
If "yes" then we can shake hands and get over it, still ... you'll have to prove this agreement by sending one of your boys to Fortaleza base in order to deliver:
1000 metric tons of Oxygen
1000 metric tons of H-fuel
500 metric tons of Food Supplies
300 metric tons of Cardamine

and of course to sign the agreement.

You have got to be kidding me. Really? Where did you come from and who taught you this kind of nonsense? No one is holding anyone’s skirt, although I appreciate your attempt to divert people’s attention and emotions to make this seem like something else. The problem here does not just involve my boys, it involves our relationship with the long time relationship of Humboldt. A relationship we rather like.
It sounds to me like you are demanding that we simply break off this long time relationship because it suits your purpose to do so. I don’t think so. It also sounds like you are trying to replace the rightful lords of Fortaleza and assume control yourself. Is this true?
And your attempt to make us your errand boys??? We’ve made deliveries for better men than you for a long time. You’ll just have to wait your turn and it may be a VERY long time.
