Hola Honored Elders,

My name is Otis Jethro. Some of you may remember me, for many years I was the Vice-President in charge of IND's interactions with the Empire. As you may be aware, several years ago, IND was taken over by IC in a hostile takeover. Recently, myself and other members of the former Board of Directors of IND have been able to re-take control of our company, and we have divested IC of any interest in the company. As one of my first acts as new President of IND is to reach out to the Empire. The relationship between the Empire and IND had always been a bedrock of our companies earnings, and over the years, we had made our usefulness very clear to the Empire. We would like to work toward restoring that relationship.

In an effort toward getting back to our previous relations, I ask you, the Council of Elders, what can the IND do for you today?

We are very pleased to hear from you again. It pretty surprised us that you had trobule with IC, we only heard rumours that you were stuck in uncharted parts of the Omicrons searching for new profitable trade routes.

Contracts we had with you are still active and we can and should continue our good relations. There have been slight changes over the years, so I will inform you now that besides Artifacts with which you already traded with, we now as well have Xeno Relics which are mucho profitable on the market these days. To aquire those, you may get a miner to mine some for you, or buy them for a fair price from Puerto del Sol, which belongs to the Brotherhood. Certain initiatives/demands emerged recently which could result in two (2) or three (3) annexes, but more about it once you arrive in Gamma.
