The spook's passed you onto me, I expect to hear from you soon for your interview and testing.
We'll see how a Zoner shapes up in flight 101.
McTrevish,
Another Bretonian then? Some past military training will see you through, so you're accepted and I'll fire you in a ship as a Warrant Officer. We'll see for a week how I can beat out the "stand and be shot" tactics the Brets teach, and see if you can turn into a decent pilot.
Name: Shawn "Hunter" Stewart
Age: 27
Birthplace: Rostock Station, Omega-15 System.
Biography: Shawn "Hunter" Stewart was born in the infirmary on Rocstock Station in the Omega-15 system. His birth parents, Michael and Sheila Stewart were crewed aboard the Universal Shipping Transport, USI Newport, transporting Diamonds to Planet Denver, Colorado System. Shortly after undocking the USI Newport came under fire from Red Hessian pirates. After breaching the bulkhead, the Red Hessians boarded the USI Newport, slaughtered the crew and began to transfer the cargo to their vessels. One of the Red Hessian pilots, a female named Adala Klara, who had been rendered sterile from exposure to solar radiation, took the infanant Stewart from the transport and adopted him as her own. Adala loved Shawn as her own son and often took him along with her in the cockpit of her Odin, teaching him to operate the vessel.
At age 8, Shawn was accompanying his adopted mother on a small, coordinated raid on a cargo transport in the Omega-3 system. Unknown to the Red Hessian pilots, this particular transport was being used as bait in a Bounty Hunter operation. When the Red Hessians attacked they were ambushed by the Bounty Hunters. Adala's Odin suffered heavy damage during the fight and primary systems had been disabled. Adala, herself, was killed when the primary electrical systems overloaded and electrocuted her. Left alone in the dead fighter, with tears in his eyes, Shawn pulled his adopted mother's corpse from the pilot's seat and activated the emergency backup systems and began to pilot the damaged fighter, to the nearby Solarius Station.
The Bounty Hunters, overjoyed at the success of the operation, went immediately to Solarius Station to celebrate their victory. A few short hours after docking, however, the stations alarms began to ring and announced an incoming single fighter with a Red Hession IFF. The Bounty Hunters, unsure of what to expect from a single fighter, scrambled their fighters to investigate. After launching, they intercepted the damaged Odin and noticed the young boy piloting it. Feeling a mixture of shame and regret at orphaning this young boy the Bounty Hunter squadron piloted him into dock and adopted him as their unofficial mascot and even allowed him to pilot one of their training Piranha's on some of the less dangerous missions. On most of the missions that he flew on, he consistently showed incredible adeptness at piloting as well as an almost natural ability for developing tactics on the fly. It is during this time the earned the callsign Hunter.
At age 17, the Bounty Hunter squadron which had adopted him was disbanded after several of their pilots were killed in an unsuccessful raid on a small pirate operation in the Dresden system. On his own, with only his Piranha fighter and a few credits in his wallet. Hunter wandered the Border Worlds for a place to call home. He never found a home but he did find a lucrative business venture smuggling contraband through the Border Worlds. After almost a decade of running Cardamine, Artifacts and whatever else he could stuff into the nooks and crannies of his hold, he finally managed to get a half decent freighter. With a new Dromedary, a cargo hold full of contraband and a wallet full of credits, Hunter felt he was ready to finally leave the Border Worlds. This was going to be his last run before he quit this life and became an honest trader.
On what had become a routine smuggling run to the Roussillon system, Hunter encountered a Liberty Police checkpoint at the Jump Gate to the Cortez system. Deciding to make a break for it instead of forfeiting his cargo or worse, he broke from the trade lane and engaged his cruise engines hoping to make it to the nearby jump hole to Cortez. The LPI gave chase. After just barely beating the LPI to the jump hole, he jumped into the Cortez and managed to lose them in the Paloma Ice Cloud. Deciding against the trade lanes, he decided to go through the Border Worlds. No sooner had he jumped into the Coronado system when he encountered what appeared to be Rheinland fighters. Without even so much as a word they opened fire on his freighter, crippling it. If not for the reinforced hull plating, he had installed his ship surely would have been destroyed. And without ever saying a word his attackers left as quickly as they had appeared. With his hull cracked, engines disabled, primary and backup systems down and what minimal air he had left leaking out into space, he donned his only EVA suit and with a boken arm, several cracked ribs and what felt like a major concussion he rewired everything in his ship from the engine to the weapons to the life support into his emergency transponder hoping someone, somewhere would come to his aid.
After what seemed like years of waiting, a Colonial patrol found the wreckage of his freighter and took him to Pecos to receive medical care for his injuries. After his recovery, he spent some time on Pecos. The people here looked like life had beaten them down, took their wallet, shoes, shirt and pants and left them in the gutter to die but yet all of them here had a look in their eyes that Hunter had known all his life, Hope and a fierce determination to survive. For the first time in his life, he felt like he was home among his brothers.
Relevant Experience: I've been flying fighters since I was old enough to sit up and hold a stick.
Your reasons for applying to the Military: This place feels like home to me and the people here feel like family. I want to do what I can for them.

That's quite the life you've had, and it's no wonder you get along with us Colonials given our own having to move around throughout the years. Been a while since we've had anyone wanting a uniform after my squad's pulled their ass out of the fire, but your past experience should work pretty well. You're accepted as a Warrant Officer, and the quartermaster'll get you sorted out with a ship from Sabah. I'll also need to have a word with the Rapiers about these 'Rheinlanders' getting a bit more active.
Name: Geralt Sokolowski Age: 45 Birthplace: Crayter sector, Altair colony Biography: Pre-Sirius: Received Colonial military training, qualified on Eros starfighter.
Exodus: Recon pilot assigned as eyes of sleeper ships once we have arrived in Sirius sector. Initialy been part of survey team sent to what we know today as Omega systems.
Bretonian era: Could not find my place, stayed mostly unemployed. Broke after loss of Crayter, my family and everything else. Nothing to be proud of.
Harris era: I got called by my former superior officer. He took me out by force from London's streets and reintroduced me to what later would become Colonial Military. Finally found something to do with my life. Within those few years I quickly rose in ranks to obtain my own squadron of still functional Eros fighters. From original hull most parts were changed to Sirian counterparts by then. Near the end, introduced to capships - at that time only two sleeper ships of ours, repurposed into makeshift battleships. I was not anywhere near a bridge.
IMG era: Continued to gather my experience in warfare as a naval officer. After I exhausted all possibilities for a fighter pilot possible I moved on to broaden my horizons. Obtained capital ship command and fought against all enemies of Colonial government. Served in first line against Gallic incursion. Discharged due to medical reasons.
Today: Recovery both physical and mental after Tau 44 invasion. Awaiting re-comission.
Relevant Experience:
I am afraid my licence on flying snubcraft has expired but if found to be a problem, I stil remember how to fly in a Nyx and can take appropriate course in no time. I am in favor of cruiser designs such as Thanatos class.
Your reasons for applying to the Military:
This is where I belong, a tribute to all who we have lost. I have had my issuess throrough my career but nothing to warrant refusal. After all I have been dragged out of warzone when I was physically incapable to carry out my orders in due time.

Superfamous Order Viking Admiral and Reaper of Sirius. Been second in command of Volksfront (Bundschuh's official faction while it lasted). Those are my kind of primary characters.
3) How often do you normally play/come online for?
Monday, Tuesday, Friday
It is good to hear once more from such a long-serving officer ready and willing to fight for the Republic again. Tau-44 was hard on all of us, but it could have been that much harder without many giving all they could when the murderous Gauls came. I've already reviewed your psychological results, and you appear to have at least somewhat come to terms with what happened out there. With that, I feel I am able to accept you back into the ranks of the Colonial fleet.
For those we left behind.
Name: Tal Ravis
Age: 29
Birthplace: Detroit Munitions, New York
Biography: I was born and raised on Detroit Munitions in Liberty, and worked for Ageria for most of my life. Once 18, I began to fly transports and starflier escorts around Liberty's core systems. Once 22, I left Ageria and joined a small group of freelancers who dubbed themselves "Raven Squadron". A sour encounter with a band of Outcasts left our convoy in a state of disarray, and landed me in the hospital for several days.
The leader of the group was out of action for a long time, and uncoordination among members led to its eventual demise. The majority of my friends faded away, and were never heard from again.
After this, I had applied to work for Liberty Police Incorporated, in which I was accepted and did your every day police work, with a bit of "corruption" on the side. I retired after an accident involving a nuclear mine, a chocolate cake, and three elderly women.
Once out of the police force, I found a way of relaxing by piloting a Firefly class transport. On a trip into Coronado, I stumbled upon a Colonial fighter, to which I nearly panicked at the red contact on my scanner.
Once gaining enough funds, I started up a small contracting company which subsequently failed and was shortly disbanded for fairly obvious reasons.
Dusting off my firefly, I encountered another Colonial patrol on my way out of Coronado, who redirected me toward the nearest recruiting kiosk.
Relevant Experience: LPI Officer, Freelancer, Ageria Worker
Your reasons for applying to the Military: I wanna shoot those bastard outcasts and bash in some Gauls skulls.

Name: Nina Frost
Age:38
Origin:Java Station
My name is Nina Frost. I come rom Tau 23. I grew up on Java Station with my whole familie, 2 brothers one Sister. They all worked in the IMG and so did i as soon as i was able to fly a ship and pilot a drill. Life was good. Our little buissness expanded. We were the owners of 2 Anapurnas and two old Buffalos. Then the Gallics came and everything went down the gutter. My paents refused to have their ship inspected and were just blown up by bloodthirsty cruiser caiptain. My sister and I survived because we were preparing for her wedding. She died three days later. A stray rocket hit Java. The damage was minor. She was just on the wrong time on the wrong place, but i was devastated. With my familiy gone i was craving for revenge. I switched to the Paramilitary force and tried to fight, but we just surrendered. After that I spend the next few months creating accident on gallian ships. But that was not enough. I wanted to make them feel the pain that i felt. I want to make them suffer. Thats why i aply here. I want to fight these bastards. Eye for an eye!

Seems we've got another group of pilots needing a drink for encouraging some recruits. A Libertonian with pilot experience will have no love of the 'casts or Gauls, and the skills to do something about it. We'll accept you as a Warrant Officer and get you tooled up with a Nyx. Better not disappoint, you hear?
Fr- Nina,
Well that is quite a coincidence, name's Frost too. You get the special honour of me being on first name terms with you, or I can use "nugget" if you prefer. And no, that is not a euphemism.
You've got someone to fight "for those we left behind", and your experience in the paramilitary means you are accepted as a Warrant Officer. There'll be plenty of Gauls to shoot and more besides.
Name: Dante Roberts Age: 20 Birthplace: Planet Cambridge Biography: I was born on Planet Cambridge, raised in a decent home with both parents. When I was little I had always dreamnt of becoming a fighter pilot and I loved looking at ship and weapon designs avaialable out there. This led me to studying advance fighter piloting skills on Planet Cambridge. I went to a local Academy and got relatively good results in the exams. Not exactly the best but still decent. I later bought a Starflier, with the money my parents gave me for passing in the Academy. I traded a little and occasionally escorted some transports. Didn't see that much action really but the pay was good enough. I eventually bought myself a Starblazer with my savings and set it up for exploring deeper in space. I knew this would be a long, dangerous trip so I said my goodbyes to my family and friends and that I hope to return soon with many good tales to tell. And with that, I flew all over Sirius, meeting many interesting and hostile people out there along the way. I finally reached Barrier Gate Station in my travels. This is where I went to the bar and spoke to a couple people there. They told me about this Colonial group far out in the system and that they are looking for fighter pilots. This sparked my curiosity as I have never heard of them or seen their technology before. I asked around where exactly I could find this Colonial place and set my ship's Coordinates for Planet Pecos. As I arrived on this planet, I was handed this recruitment slip which I now filled out and am ready to fight for a good cause with interesting new equipment. Relevant Experience: I have my Advanced Fighter Pilot's Degree from Cambridge. I have flown escort for many traders. I have been in countless battles against the ever-so-friendly Outcasts and the occasional pirate trying to get lucky. Your reasons for applying to the Military: I am extremely excited about testing the Colonial ships and technology and I love being a fighter pilot. I also feel that this could become my new home away from home that I would like to fight for and protect with my life.

2) What characters and ships have you had thus far?
Many. A lot in the IMG| and just a whole bunch of lawful indies.
3) How often do you normally play/come online for?
Quite a lot. Usually get on for at least 1 hour a day.
Another Bretonian, what do you know? A bit of fighter training should give me something to work with, but remember you're not just some transport babysitter; this is the Military. The Gauls and sniffers aren't going to let you off easy, so I guess it's a good thing you said your goodbyes just in case.
Either way, you're accepted into the Colonial Military. Try not to screw up, nugget.
