Dear allies,
Bretonia has been tolerating a thorn in our eye for long enough. I believe that this one stings you too. It is the CGS|HQ, the last stronghold of the terrorist organization called the Children of the Great Spirit, also known as the Indians. I was told that they had caused as many issues in Liberty as in Bretonia. We have finally caught their headquarters poorly supplied and we aim to exploit that. Our fleets have already started the siege, but it should truly commence at 13:00 o'clock Sirius Mean Time. Still, with the Gauls at our doorstep and the Corsairs using every gap in our defenses to steal whatever they can from us, I must admit that we need help. Would the Liberty Navy be willing to provide it? In case you can offer us that generosity, the installation is in the north-eastern part of the E3 sector in the New London System.
Thank you in advance. Long live the Queen and long live the Republic of Liberty!

Admiral Hall,
The Liberty Navy has long had a presence in Bretonia in the form of the Expeditionary Fleet, mainly tasked with ensuring the systems safety and repelling the Gallic attacks. It is within our duty to assist our Bretonian allies especially when they are asking for help so hereby the Siege is approved by the High Command, and we will provide support in the matter in any way.
Good luck Admiral.

Honourable allies,
I bring good tidings. The CGS|HQ is no more. In the name of the Kingdom of Bretonia, I thank you for your valuable assistance today, and ask how we can repay you. We would not have succeeded without your support. Our losses were mostly in assets, but unfortunately there were casualties too. Our men have died well today, as brothers in arms, to a rightful cause. The list of Liberty Navy losses is included below. We should toast to our victory, but we should never forget their noble sacrifice.
May our concord always prevail as it did today. Long live Queen Carina I and long live the Liberty Republic!

Admiral Hall,
It bitters me to having good men make the ultimate sacrifice for shall we mourn our losses as much as we celebrate our victories. It's good news to hear that this annoyance is no more. Our combined men's sacrifices shall be remembered.
Long live Liberty, Long live Bretonia.
