1. Why not adding the biodomes on top of the wings? Would be the right place. Now the top of the wings are looking naked.
2. Move the engines a bit backward to fill the huge empty space between those three plates. Atm it looks like there is no engine section and the exhausts are just mounted on the hangar/cargo area.
3. Remove the underwing turret positions. At their current location, in RL, they would have a very small arc.
Move two turrets outside the downward winglets, so they could have a 360 degree revolution angle. No idea where to move the other two turrets. There should be 16 turrets max.
:secret:Now i know the Zoners intention. Over the centuries they have collected ressources and build up a huge military force. Soon they will overtake whole Sirius.
biodomes - i am still trying out positions of where to put them and support the ship design. i am not happy with the position they have above the back/engine section - i made shots of the current juggernaut to check out more about the original properties.
what i am working on now is:
- modify the shell like design a bit - it should still look similar to the juggernaut, yet more freelancerish - so i have around 4 "nose" sections atm, ranging from square to roundish and semi closed to opened up
the current engines are only a placeholder so i know for myself "where the ship ends" - i like vertical engines - gonne check if i can install something more vertical there - or maybe an upside down "U" shape.
- the turrets are mostly places where the original turrets are. - that is 4 inside the frontal shell like chassis, 2 at the bridge, 4 on the wings and 6 on the vertical wings - change position of 2 on the vertical wings.
anyway - its a work in progress.... working on something that big like a juggernaut offers quite some chances when its about general shape and detail. its gonne be ages till the next modupdate happens - and my milkshape trial ran out. so i am now trying to teach myself how to work with Gmax3D....
