As you probably heard, I am the new Administrator of the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz since Signore Garrison decided to step back due to a various reasons.

Yesterday, I've been checking through some paperwork and noticed that our relations are kind of dead.

Now, I'd like to change that.

I'm also aware that you had a few offices in Omicron 81, but that was long time ago.

So, I am looking for a revival of the relations we had.

And si, I have a proposal to you.

We are a little short on some supplies. I could give you a list of those if you are interested in reviving our good relations which apparently vanished while I was away.

I speak for the IND when I say our disappointment about the crumbling of old relations cannot be overstated. Though we still maintain ties with the old Marron Plantation, our dealing with the 101st are very much in the grave. we would love to re-open old ties and gather supplies you require, at the same time we can reap the rewards of the Marron harvest as well as any plantations the 101st consider their own.
