TO ALL GALLIC NON-GOVERNMENTAL GROUPS

I and my associate, an AI known as "Ascendant", had attempted to persuade the Gallic government to provide evidence they were free from and safeguarded against Nomad-Wild infestation. Futhermore, we offered extensive intelligence information and technical assets at no cost to aid in this effort.

It is both my own and Ascendant's conclusion based on the uninterested response that this may already have occurred.

If this is the case, all Gallic groups are at risk of covert infiltration by Nomad-Wild agents and due to the lack of exposure to such alien technologies in their own histories.

I have in my possession, the complete database of records kept by the unit known as "Harvester One" and the former Junker known as "Vladimir Tinkerbell". These were obtained from a Junker base in Puerto Rico and are complete documentations of their founder's obsessive studies into the Nomads and both his and the Harvester's collaborative efforts to counter their capabilities. This information can be confirmed directly by the Junker Congress.

These include past developments that allow biogenetic markers to be grafted into an individuals DNA that will produce a distinctive physical marking if Nomad infection occurs as well as injectable protein segments that produce the same results in an already infected individual. They also include measures in past that were able to shield against the telepathic linkage by Wild or Nomads within the confines of a ship.

All of this data has further been examined and augmented by interested AI units from the planet Gammu and represents the best available fail safes against Nomad infection/infiltration.

This information will be given to any interested party not directly affiliated with the Gallic governmental authorities and acceptance will grant access to a shared research database of developing intelligence throughout Sirius. All participants will share tracking/sighting/infection and other data with one another to keep tabs on Nomad-Wild activities and efforts.

I realize the ambiguity of my announcement and do not misunderstand--the records come from multiple sources: Some of the AI of planet Gammu...from fragmentary data from the unit known as Harvester One...from the archives of the Junker Congress organization--which are under highly restricted lock and key...and finally from the mind of that Junker himself as part of my own memories are overwritten with his own--as well as with memories from the Harvester unit.
