What a day... the moment I undocked my libbie from Fort Bush for a patrol, I received a message from a bunch of officers requestin' backup in Colorado. Seemed like such a bother they even called for a SWAT gunboat, eh? Well, I followed the Atwater to the scene, where we were facin' a rogue gunboat with some heavy armor, and a freighter. We were told to split up to take on both of 'em at once, and somehow, the other group managed to let that freighter slip away while I was pinnin' down the gunboat for the Atwater... They'll blame it on their disruptors, no doubt. I guess they gave up chasing it when they saw what speed that freighter cruised off with, and came back to help us finish the gunboat instead.

When we arrived back at Fort Bush and most of our team landed for repairs, one of these Reavers turned up. Sergeant Aryn, who was pilotin' the Atwater at the time, decided to let me fight that loony alone. I bet he expected me to come back in a pod, I'm damn sure he did. He took care of it himself later, but we'll get to that. I kicked that Reaver right in the nuts! So to speak, at least... I would like to mention at this point I was promised a raise for takin' down that muppet. Okay? Good! The rent doesn't pay for itself.
Death: Horny,Reaver was put out of action by LPI-Douglas.Harper[RO] (Mine)
We followed reports of a Corsair at the Penny gate shortly after, and we did find him - the bastard was sittin' right at West Point. He was already in an argument with some Navy pilot called Thor's-hammer, so we decided to let that guy take care of the situation, for the moment... It took a while of the two of 'em flying in circles until the corsair started runnin' and Officer Reynolds decided to step in and take care of him.
Meanwhile, Officer Aryn and captain uh... Polstari were fining some gaul in a transport at Manhattan that had already pissed off me and Officer Frost a while ago. Smugglin', ignoring orders and assault, does that sound like a list? I'm not sure how they ended up handling the situation, I wasn't there, but I sure hope they didn't go easy on him. I'd been called back to West Point to keep the corsair pinned down, 'cause officer Reynolds ran out of disruptor ammunition. With a little fire support, he eventually took the bugger down on his way to the Cali gate.
Death: Sandor.Kligan was put out of action by LPI-Martin,Reynolds[O] (Gun)
And... that's where things got a lil' bit ugly. Three Outcasts showed up, [XTF]Sloth[R], [XTF]Venganza~[E] and [XTF]Shoot'Em.Up[R], along with Titanium.Reaver, who, after some, uh... negotiation, eventually ended up helpin' out those sniffers for 2 million credits, even though we offered her five doughnuts!
I'm not quite sure what happened after that genius sarge' Aryn ripped my ship in half with a well placed nuke, but I hear our team got wrecked pretty bad. Even with the backup we called in. Well, Buck got us home alive, so that's a winner right there, I s'pose.

Just to have it mentioned. That dunce not only owes me a raise, but also a coupon for Sunbucks.

Was on my way back from settin' up my brand new shiny Liberator, when I spotted a huge brawl between CGS and some reavers. Didn't want to get involved 'n it with my little experience and all, so I watched for a bit. A civilian informed me of a Gallic Repair Ship by the name of Variola.Vera who was assisting the CGS forces and giving them "regens." I politely asked the vessel to cut their engines, and they ran. So I pursued, gave another warning and opened fire when no response was given. An LSF ship and a freelancer gunboat assisted me when they saw my Liberator simply wasn't going to be enough to take it down. We pursued the ship for quite a ways to Newark, where I told the space control deck to close the docking bays. Unfortunately, they were too late.
Last but not least, witness account of an LSF Virage. I suggest the vessel be barred from docking with Libertonian lawful installations in the future.

Two patrols here for ya. Me and the fine Officer Buck Frost had quite a bit of excitement today. First off, a Hessian Cruiser by the name of CriminalMind. I majestically rode in on my winged liberator and scared him off. I chased him up until the Magellan border, where I fearlessly demanded a fine from him. Or maybe I asked politely and he co-operated. Anyways. He paid. After that, I linked back up with Officer Frost in New York, where we found two Outcast Ranseur Dreadnoughts next to Manhattan named Monty and Mr.Killer. After talking it out for a while, we both opened fire and destroyed them without any help from capital ships. Please ignore these images of capital ships firing upon them. #####
Anyways, after that I had to go take my union mandated coffee break. I came back, and we decided to head over to Texas and catch some embargo runners. On the way, we ran into a dirty Liberty Rogue named Rokki* who had some poor pilots as hostages. I stoically demanded he hand them over, and.. then he opened fire on me. Anyways, long story short, Officer Frost killed him. I'll let him report on that.
Upon arriving in Texas, we waited outside Houston for those dirty little embargo runners. Sure enough, we found one who absolutely refused to communicate with us and tried to run away. His name was biggreen and he had a nice load of FloraGro. We asked him numerous times to stop, but he just wouldn't even acknowledge us. So, naturally, we opened fire and I ended up getting the kill shot. Next up, another embargo runner, SmokyZ. Quite an odd freelancer with some fancy technology, we told him to stop and he tried to engage some sort of cloaking device so we quickly put him down. (// Tried to F1.) Surprisingly enough, he had about 300k worth of guns on him just floating about in his hold. I sold them on Houston, and sent that as a fine along with the 2 million fine from earlier to LPI-Leavensworth. Now for the last thing of the day, a foreign pilot in a Humpback Rheinland Freighter named Aquin_CZ. Surprisingly enough, he wasn't an embargo runner so we simply sent him to dock on Planet Houston and exchange his ship, then told him to proceed to Pennsylvania and get a Rhino instead.
That's all for now.

I started my patrol with new recruit Michael Rivers at 1915SMT.
On hearing of a Red Hessian capital at West point, we proceeded to the Cali gate where Rivers intercepted it and escorted it out of the system. Meanwhile I dealt with the "Pilgrim Liner" slave ship Pelican_emporium. The slaves were removed from the vessel, the owner fined and warned that straying into Liberty a second time would result in his immediate destruction.
At the end of this interaction, we recieved word of two outcast dreadnoughts nearing Manhattan. I recalled the recruit from his business in California and we proceeded to the planet. On arrival I found two Sarissa class indie Outcast battleships closing. Severe ion storms were delaying the assembly of any kind of interception fleet so I took charge of the situation and stalled for time.
Five minutes later I had sufficient fleet attendance to allow us to destroy the outcasts without major loss. As the ranking first fleet officer, I ordered the engagement and destruction of both ships.
Unfortunately the carrier LNS-Cpt_Hawkeye was destroyed as it charged in mindlessly.
My Upholder performed well and survived the encounter.
Following the destruction of both outcast capitals, I returned to my Liberator and Rivers and I continued our patrol to Texas. En route, a Liberty Rogue spatial attacked Rivers. I returned to assist and we destroyed him together.
We then moved on to Texas where we conducted a check on cargo ships attempting to run past the Rheinland blockade. Two ships chose not to respond and were destroyed. A Rheinland made freighter was apprehended, the ship confiscated and the pilot sent on his way in a more suitable vessel.
Towards the conclusion of my patrol at Fort Bush I spotted three bretonian Percheron transports moving away Detroit. Scans showed all three to be filled with slaves. -1- -2- -3-
Sadly I was not able to apprehend all three ships solo, but I believe we may be able to prevent them from using Liberty as a slaving route in future.

'Ey there, 'nother patrol with the fine Officer Frost. Well, first off me an' Buck decided to go on a patrol from Colorado, to New York, then California, then to New York again, and finally to Texas. We moved to Colorado and discovered a xeno duking it out with a junker. We decided to sit and watch, sure enough the xeno lost. It decided to dock on Ouray before destruction, then a short moment after another undocked by the name of XA-Cangaceiro. Myself and Officer Frost immediately engaged the disgusting terrorist. After a few minutes, Officer Frost regrettably suffered a self-administered explosives error. Luckily, the junker was still nearby and assisted me until we finally killed him.
Next, we met back up in New York and went to Texas where we ran into a Rheinland transport by the name of TheTransporter. I informed him that his ship was illegal here, and he chose to proceed to Rheinland through Bering. We noticed on long range scans that there was another xeno in New York and went to check it out.
Sure enough, there was by the name of XA-Night,Adder but it didn't end well. Officer Frost ran into one of my mines and blew up, after which I was duking it out with the xeno for a while. A bounty hunter by the name of Kai.Dressel showed up, but he soon died to the xeno. Then it was just me, and I almost had him... But I ate a torpedo directly to the nose of my ship. Thankfully, it missed my escape pod and did not puncture it.
That's all for now.
Michael Rivers out.

Evenin'! I'll try to summarize this somewhat, or I'll still be busy writin' about yesterday's patrol in a week.
Right after I started my patrol at 16:30 SMT, I ran into this Rogue flyin' a werewolf fighter - y'know, the really fat an' heavy ones. He refused to listen or pay the fine, even tried to threaten me! Well, Eddie's day did not end so well. I managed to save a few pods from his cargo too, who knows what he woulda done to 'em.

I guess Frost an' Reynolds were a little disappointed when they arrived on the scene and the show was already over. They decided we'd fly down to Texas instead, for some traffic scans at the border with our new recruit Jones. Nothin' special happened - What a surprise.
Back in New York, officer Reynolds actually found some Rheinlander with one of these lunchbox transports, uh... 'Behemoths', at Newark. I'm not kiddin'. I've never seen a captain that had such problems with followin' orders, or perhaps he was just deaf. I doubt it though, he refused to pay the fine and actually asked to be blown up, so we did him the favor...
Death: ScorpioMk1 was put out of action by 41st|Battleship-Phoenix (Gun)
A lil' bit later we ran into some toaster, an AI cruiser apparently... I don't even want to get into how much of our time that one wasted, but it sure seemed to try beatin' the Rheinlander's record. Talkin' about Rheinlanders, that's when we got reports 'bout an invasion in Texas, so we flew down there to support the Navy in takin' down some hostile snubcraft. What a sight it was, the battle!
Death: Franz.Schubert was put out of action by [LN]-Pete.Levine. (Gun)
Death: Wolfried.Shmidt was put out of action by =LSF=Qoppa-2 (Gun)
Death: Karl.Featherstanehaugh. was put out of action by [LN]-Pete.Levine. (Gun)
An' all there was left after was a lonely Xeno. He was crazy enough to threaten us, so Reynolds let me take care of the loony. Went pretty good, all in all, I'd say. Took a strong hit on my Libbie once with that bugger's torpedo, even though Reynolds warned me 'bout it! Well, I learned my lesson and, believe me, I showed no mercy on 'em after that!
With his ship almost fallin' apart in the end, he tried to run, but I s'pose he figured out that wasn't gonna work. Tried to fire his torpedo on one of the spectators instead, but the collision gave him the rest.
Death: XA-Night,Adder was put out of action by Black.Current (Collision)
On our way back, we managed to intercept another Xeno, a buddy of the other one, perhaps. I woulda been glad to shoot the bastard too, but I decided to let officer Reynolds deal with this one. He sure did, and that terrorist tried to run away, too! Recruit Rivers joined us, and after quite a chase, we managed to shoot him down in some debris field in Texas.
Death: Lance.Javelin was put out of action by LPI-Martin,Reynolds[O] (Gun)
Later, I found a Rogue in a spatial, and he wasn't really more cooperative than any of 'em we'd met so far. Refused to pay a fine, refused to tell us who he was travellin' with, and would rather spend a while on Huntsville, apparently.
Death: Ratter was put out of action by LPI-Martin.Reynolds[O] (Mine)
We didn't get a break, no... On our way to California we found a pirate flyin' a Hessian gunboat between West Point and the gate! He had quite a big mouth, too. Didn't help him a lot as we blew him up in the end, but officer Frost got hit by a mine durin' the fight... again, I hear. At least he knows how to make it home in a pod, yeah?
A civilian named Quartacka was destroyed, too, after he kept ignorin' our orders to stand down... Serves him right, if ye ask me. At least he made it out alive, I think.
Death: LPI-Buck.Frost[O] has suffered a self administered loadout error (Mine)

Time for a break at Sunbucks, perhaps? Hell no, we were called from Penny 'bout reports of multiple pirates!
Again.
An' guess what it was, more Xenos. We found two of 'em almost right in front of planet Erie, attackin' some civilians. Unfortunately, they managed to destroy at least one ship by the time we arrived. We'd seen enough, went right into battle and destroyed both of 'em. Well... one of 'em was actually such a loony he got himself toasted in the nearby star before we destroyed him. Can you believe it?
Death: a.bunny.rabbit was put out of action by LPI-Michael.Rivers[RO] (Gun)
Death: Sky.Flakes has suffered a self inflicted catastrophic decompression.
No, that was still not the last ones. The pirates obviously didn't give a damn that I was runnin' out of donuts. We found that muppet from Texas again! Seems like he got himself a new ship, and was eager to test it. Also seems like he hadn't learned his lesson yet, so we blew 'em up again. Well, he blew himself up, but we did help a lil' bit.
Death: XA-Night,Adder has suffered a self administered loadout error (Mine)
A bit later, we followed traces on the TLAGSNET 'bout an Outcast gunboat, and we did find it in California. Of course, the captain came up with the same ol' 'I don't have cash on me' story, so we left him with nothin' but his pod.
Death: [OWL]Echilon[C] did their best.
At last, it got a bit quiet! Guess Liberty finally ran out of pirates. Or one can hope so, yeah..? Had a nice talk with a girl at Norfolk, but... I s'pose that doesn't go in a report like this, huh...
The last events worth mentionin' here really are... two guys we'd seen already showed up again! That Rogue... Wilson, made a sharp turn and ran when he saw us on his radar, but Rivers caught him anyway. He still refused to pay his fines, so he went home without a ship, again.
Death: Eddie.Wilson was put out of action by LPI-Douglas.Harper[RO] (Gun)
Then there was another Hessian gunboat, flown by the same pirate... Don't ask me how he got a new one o' these from the Omegas in that time, but he had obviously not gotten more careful. We pinned him down for the Santisima Trinidad in Penny, where he met an explosive end for a second time.

As I tend to forget the paperwork, here's a quick report of a relatively minor 'incident' today.
I intended to transport a few new inmates in the Terminal Island, when I noticed a ship carrying nomad material on TLAGSNET. The ship - named 'osama' - was registered as a freelancer, and therefore the nomad material was to be treated as contraband.
I, of course, demanded he hand over the nomad material. He chose not to, and docked on Newark Station before I could do anything to stop him.
Luckily, he soon undocked. Again, he refused to stop when asked to, and took the tradelane to Fort Bush. There, I gave him one last chance to stop. Again, he ignored my orders and made for the tradelane to Colorado. I opened fire and quickly destroyed his ship.
I tractored in the nomad material and delivered it - and the gunboat pilot present on the ship - safely to Planet Manhattan.

Undocking from Manhattan as I began the first of today's patrols, I found officer Buck Frost dealing with the captain of a Liner which had been dumping toxic waste in Manhattan orbit. Together, we decided that the captain had to pay a four-million credit-fine - as this same captain had also told the civilian mentioned in yesterday's report that carrying nomad material was in fact legal, almost causing the civilian to successfully run away!
It seems that he took it as an eight-million-credit fine, as he sent four million to both me and Buck Frost. It goes without saying that I sent the credits to the Leavenworth immediately afterwards. Not a bad start for a patrol, eh?
However, less than a minute after he'd paid the fine, he dumped another unit of toxic waste in orbit, right in front of both me and officer Frost! Of course, we couldn't let this happen, and decided that the captain had to hand over the toxic waste to me, after I'd switched to the ADX-Lewisburg. This, he did.
Escorted by Buck Frost, I flew to Sugarland, Texas; and dropped off the toxic waste there. Of course, I sent the credits I received for my services to the Leavenworth once again.
As I headed back towards Manhattan to switch into something a little smaller than the Lewisburg, Buck Frost told me that he'd run into a Zoner Fearless - named 'Liu Bei' - in the Pennsylvania system, right next to Philadelphia Station! Of course, I rushed to the scene in my trusty SWAT Upholder to assist officer Frost.

Don't worry. It's nothing serious. Yes, I'm in the med bay, but I'll be okay (or so they say). So, here's the paperwork.
Shortly after I'd finished my last report, I undocked from Los Angeles to check on my fellow officers Michael Rivers and Buck Frost, who reported a Gallic Lynx near West Point. Admittedly, I didn't believe them right away - after all, what would a Gaul be doing here in New York?
Anyhow, once I got there, I saw that it wasn't just them trying to play a joke on me. There was a Lynx right there, with a freelancer's identification papers.
Apparently, the pilot - calling herself "Camille Gabriel" - had told officers Frost and Rivers some vague story about her being part of some Gallic resistance. I don't believe she told 'em anything useful. Nor did we ask - after all, that's LSF business, isn't it?
Of course, we didn't just let her fly her Lynx in Libertonian space. I demanded a 500,000 credit fine - which she paid - and we escorted her out to the Freeport in Magellan. Apparently, the Independent Miners' Guild doesn't mind Gauls. 'course, I sent the fine she paid to the Leavenworth as soon as we were done.
Officer Michael Rivers had some paperwork to do, and left me and Buck Frost to investigate some apparent pirate activity in New York. We never managed to find the suspect, which - judging from TLAGSNET output - is most likely to be a gunboat-class ship.
As we noticed no more activity of the ship on TLAGSNET, we headed to the newly reported, illegal base in the Detroit debris field. There, we joined a fairly large navy task force, with me flying one of our SWAT gunboats, the Atwater.
Not long after we'd gotten there, a Pilgrim liner, with the callsign "Arkania", undocked from the base. Of course, given the base's illegal status, officer Frost gave chase, with me staying near the navy's capital vessels.
A minute or two later, I joined Buck Frost as he levied a ten-million-credit fine on the liner. We made sure to order it to stay out of Liberty. We split up the fine, and I sent the five million credits received to the Leavenworth.
The story does take a turn for the worse, here. I joined the navy forces besieging the base once again, but shortly afterwards, a Rogue cruiser arrived. To be perfectly honest, I wasn't paying as much attention to my surroundings as I should have, and was taken out by the cruiser before I'd even realized it had opened fire.
The Atwater isn't in very good shape. I managed to eject before it was turned into little more than a wreck. Thankfully, the navy forces present took care of the gunboat, and it's currenly in repair at Norfolk Shipyard.
I, myself, mostly ended up with a few surface wounds. With some luck, the doctors here will let me return to active duty soon!
Sunday: Intercepted Gallic Civi bomber. Gallic junker IFF/ID. Essentially a pirate that the Liberty codex doesn't allow me to bring in yet. ID was Arlequin. Very smug. I dislike gauls, I despise junkers and the combination of the two makes me want to hurl.
Scans here: -1- , -2- , -3-
I joined up with Recruit Rivers to bring in a P-trans, ID XA-Cangaceiro.
Unfortunately I had a malfunction during combat that lead to the loss of my Liberator.
Whilst on patrol in California, Django, a mystery silent runner engaged Rivers and I upon being asked to stop for no apparent reason.
He was destroyed.
Continuing our patrol into New York, we engaged Xeno XA-Night.Adder. Unfortunately the Recruit officer dropped a mine into my flightpath with predictable results. I understand that Rivers also lost a ship in this encounter.
MONDAY:
Short patrol. Whilst in my bomber I spotted three Percheron Bretonia Transports carrying gate/lane parts. All three were in identical ships with identical cargo and flew in close formation. This is the second such combination of three identical ships in close formation carrying high value illegal cargo I've seen recently. I strongly suspect shenanagins.
TUESDAY:
Following a tip-off, I found an illegal base at NYC4 near Detroit
On my return, I stumbled upon a liner Lunar.Falcon dumping toxic waste. He was fined 4m, managed to pay 8 million and then did it again. His cargo was confiscated and sold by Officer Reynolds.
Following this, I made my way to Pennsylvania for other business only to discover a Zoner Destroyer ID Liu.Bei.
The zoner was fined 2 million and escorted out of Liberty
I then moved in to assist in the seige of the illegal base. On arrival a slave ship undocked. Despite claiming innocence, the ship Arkania was using an illegal ship/ID combination . A 10 million credit fine was paid and split between Reynolds and myself.
I continued to assist with the base seige when a Scylla undocked. It was put down with combined navy and LPI bomber fire, but not before terminally damaging the Atwater.
Realising that a bomber was not going to change the course of the siege, I took a coffee break.
