Dear commanders of KNF,

I'm Mark Leroy, the president of Liberty Trade & Supply corporation.
We are sending this message because we wish to inform you about our intention to buy the Muroto Trade Center, located in Honshu System. We are in an advanced stage of negotiation with the owners of this station, and we are confident that we will successfully complete the transaction very soon.
Because this base is located in Honshu System and we must to comply with the laws imposed by the Kusari government and KNF, wich are embedded in Kusari Legal Codex, we ask you for permission to do this transaction with Coalition of Independent Traders, led by Joe Leroy (we are also brothers, even if we do not understand each other very well).
Our intention is to operate in Kusari space as a company specializing in secure transports.
We understand all conditions imposed about holding a base in Kusari space, and we will comply with them. The KNF will still have the right to dock on that station.

If KNF will be agree to complete the transaction wich are in progress, we intend to develop that station until the level 4, and to turn it into a big trade center. Of course, this will increase in future the commercial activity in Honshu system.

It is encouraging that you seem familiar with the Codex, however our past with Interspace Commerce has not been a bright one: It seemed prudent to highlight a few points:

• "Private police forces" are not recognized, condoned, nor desired.
  
• B.M.M, BowEx and the Colonial Remnant are currently unwelcome in Kusari.
  
• The Tohoku system is a battle-zone, any civilian traffic found there will be assumed to be working with the enemy and treated as hostile targets .

As long as you fulfil your promise of lawful trade and complying with the codex: we have no objection to your take-over of Muroto Trade Center and hope that you are less chaotic than your predecessors.

Thank you for your quickly reply. I read very carefully every word. What can I say ? I'm really sorry because the past with Interspace Commerce has not been one of the best. In fact, this is one of the reasons we decided to leave from IC and to create a new corporation.
We understand very well your requirements and do not worry, we will comply without any problems.
Anyway, we will try in future to change your perception about the 'real IC' role in Sirius. We think the IC is a little aging. And... this is why we are here.
Liberty Trader & Supply wants to become a new IC. It is true that our origins are in Liberty, but while Muroto Trade Center is in Kusari, we will respect your laws.
B.M.M, BowEx and the Colonial Remnant will not get access on that station and also, our interests do not include businesses in Tohoku system.
We are a lawful corporation and we don't want to have relationships with illegal organizations.
About our predecessors, Coalition of Independent Traders, we will not comment.
We will complete the transaction today.
