Dears commanders, it seems like it's been awhile since the last communication between us, and due to the last changes related to our trade center, we think is better to inform you about some aspects:

- About... Muroto Trade Center
The construction of our trade center has been recently completed and now is open for merchants. As you know, the docking rights is granted only for lawful traders. For this reason, we hope to do not have incidents. But we would be grateful if you will inform us, if one of them will create problems in Honshu system and the docking license will be suspended immediately, at your request!
Here you can see the names of all vessels with docking rights on Muroto Trade Center.

- About... own security
We want to hire soon a private company specializing in security, as a preventive measure against possible threats that may occur, due to the increasing of traffic in this area, near to Honshu planet. We need to know your opinion and if KNF will allow us to do this thing, or not. The company in question is Haven Tactical Security. Until now, we had no contact yet with this private company, but we have intention to hire their pilots, in order to protect our trade center and to ensure personal safety of all LTS employees.
We will wait first to receive your consent!

- About... a small incident
I want to send my apologies to the commander of [KNF]KDS-Kumataka for a minor incident that happened a few days ago, in front of New Tokyo planet. I did not want to break the Kusari laws. I was only poorly informed about the restriction to have mounted on my personal ship LTS-Amethyst.Princess, devices that it seems to be prohibited in Kusari space. I paid the fine of 50 millions for my mistake and I assure you that in future, none of the Liberty Trade Shipping employees will not use again such kind of devices. Is about... an Cloaking Device Mk2 Advanced which has been already unmounted and will be sold soon, anyway. Please send my thanks to this commander, for his kindness!

We recieved report about incident in New Tokyo system and since fine was payed and named ship left kusari space few minutes later we believe that case closed, ofcourse until you break our law again. I sincerely hope that it won't happen again.

Your own security is matter of your own defence wings, State Police and Naval Forces providing protection when you inside Kusari space and not some mercenary groups.
As stated in our legal codex

5-4 "Private police forces" are not recognized, condoned, nor desired.

we will not tolerate presence of such groups.

If you are not satisfied with our protection*he told irritated* you can contact Bounty Hunter Guild for additional defence, they are allowed to hunt inside our space and at least we can trust them to not turn their guns on us.

I think I failed to make myself understood correctly. * a little embarrassed *
Is not about our satisfaction. We have a great respect for Kusari Naval Forces and we have not forgot all help received in past from you!
Our intention was only to avoid any possible incident in this area. I understand what is stipulated in the Kusari Legal Codex and I really don't want to create new problems so... I will give up. Was just an attempt to obtain some extra protection, but I don't believe that is necesary, anymore. We just hope to not be involved in any absurd incidents, which may harm to relations between LTS and KNF.
Of course, we have trust in KNF! We always have! * trying to hide his worry *
