As you may already know about the subject of my contact and the decision has alrady been made more or less. I belive the best place to come up with an agreement is here
as an short reminder I will state the two things we were debating about before

- The Joint Phoenix and Runners scientific cooperation on the Subject 16 and Subject 21 (Two units of Gallic artifacts obtained from an deep space envoy of the Vanguard)

-Joint Phoenix Runner Training sessions in many tasks raging from snub brawl to Capital superiority (As we know the Omicrons are getting harsher every day and we cant be sure even about our own kind if you know who Im thinking about)

Apologies fer not respondin' sooner. With most of meh facilities being packed up and movin' to Ames, time is a luxury at this point! But, was able to get a few moments away and respond to yer comm.

So, in reference to Subject 16 and 21, perhaps you would be able to share your findings thus far? Or if not studies have been conducted yet, mehbe ya'll could come to Ames and I can set up a temporary lab in one of ta rooms that I'm not usin' at the moment.

Regardless, I was plannin' on setting up a research project on ta artifacts many are startin' to find within the Gallic systems, so this works out perfectly! Please do let me know what level of cooperation ya were thinkin' of, and how we can help eachother. Of course, yer always welcome to come to Ames, or grab a drink aboard meh Tavern should she be out flying 'round!

I will be more than honoured to visit your station in the Kepler system(Ames)
But such a long range and possibly term will require the Council agreement to such terms (And this is why I am opening the chanel to them to state their opinion)also theres the matter of the Kusarian navy wich wouldnt like to see the Vanguard passing by their system so I would also like to request if theres any possibility to join one of your jumping convoys there

Apologies fer ta delay lad. As ya no doubt are aware, moving one's facilities is a tremendous undertaking. So do fergive meh fer not respondin' sooner.

As far as ya joinin' ta various jumpships that have been frequenting Ames, I don't see a problem with it lad. I'll ensure that ta captain knows we'll have an extra ship joinin' us, as well as ensure on of ta mooring points on Ames is reserved fer yer ship. I'll even make sure ya got a nice room durin' yer stay!

I'll let ya know directly when ta next jump will be takin' place, and then we can go from there lad.
