Bonjour monsieur,
I don't think it's good idea, but as you can see I contacted you, monsieur. How is it going in Galia? I heard Royal Navy changed its leadership. I'm contacting you, because I want to know how is it going in Bretonia line. You know I disappeared a long time ago and I'm not planning my comeback. I'm in "Drake" system now, studying 'Das Wilde' group ... I hope you know them. Also I was speaking with Slomon K'Hara aliens. They aren't aggresive, if you know how to be nice, monsieur. Anyway I have new home, deep inside Omicron systems ... People are curious, because lot of them never seen ship like Lynx ...
I think it's good you are Maréchal, monsieur ... When Maréchal Valence was killed I lost my hope and now?? Now I'm just hoping for better life again ...

Ansel appears on screen, looking faintly surprised.
I remember you, Miss Landreau. I had to look up what happened to you while I was unavailable on duty and it's not a very clear story. Maybe you can clear that up.
He leans back from the Camera, his expression focused.
The war in Bretonia goes well. You've probably heard the news, Leeds has fallen and ground fighting continues on the planet. The King chose to give the system a new name. Agincourt. It's appropriate in an ironic sort of way. There are more things, but I'm not at liberty to discuss with them with outsides, unfortunately.
He leans forward, eyes indicating sudden interest.
You've been researching into Nomads, then? They are truly an unknown to us in Gallia. So fundamentally different from humans, and in some strange ways, still resembling us and our behaviors. Data on them is scarce, as it is for most Sirian Houses.
He nods softly, as if reaffirming something to himself.
But surely you haven't taken the effort to talk to me just for old time's sake. What's your motive, Landreau? I think we know and respect each other well enough so you can be frank with me. Tell me the truth.

So, you remember me ... That's good enough. I left Gallia, because I had some problems with Prince Joseph. It wasn't nice day because Maréchal Valence was killed this day. I was speaking with Slomon K'Hara alien, called Harbinger few days before this accident. They show me how friendly they can be and I received gift ... You can check old logs, I described this situation. I left Royal Navy and I flew to Omicrons when I met K'Hara again. They showed me Freeport in "Omicron Delta" and that's my home now. But still I'm missing my "old" home, Gallia.
I would like to visit Gallia again and maybe new Agincourt system. And maybe as old ONI agent work for you.
Think about it Maréchal. And one more thing. Slomon K'Hara are neutral to Outcasts, I think Cardamine plays important role here...

So, you wanted some intel ... But I don't believe you Maréchal, because you can play nice game with me... Maybe yes, maybe no. I thought about that and ... There are three options... Bretonia, Liberty and Nomads ... Choose one, Maréchal and I will give you intel about it... I will stay in Taus for 3 days, then I will fall into the shadows again...
It's nothing personal Maréchal, but I can't trust you now, because it can be a trap
A woman with striking features appears on screen, face impassive
Greetings, Ms. Landréau.
My name is Celie De Montfort, and I am the Directrice of the Office of Naval Intelligence. I do not believe we have crossed paths before, but rest assured I know a great deal about you and your record in the GRN.
Grand Marechal Xavier has assigned me to take over your case, and I will begin by assessing your fitness to serve as an ONI agent.
Her eyes narrow, mouth twisting slightly.
Under most circumstances, your poor decision to turn traitor against the Crown would be met with only punishment. However, I am unlike many of my peers in that I believe mistakes can be corrected with enough time and good service.
As for a starting point - we already know plenty regarding goings-on in Liberty and Bretonia, but these Nomads remain an unknown quantity. I would like you to pursue that trail as far as you can, documenting everything for our analysts.
She pauses, eyes narrowed in a piercing gaze.
Note that I said document, Ms. Landréau. I do not deal in wild claims or spun yarns - I must have verifiable proof.
Should you choose to accept this offer, you will be compensated duly - and I'll be expecting a report in the near future.

My help is limited by time... When the Crown Prince, will take a lead of Gallia Monarchy, I will left again... I have some problems with him and I don't want speak about it again. It's fine you said your name... You can be in danger, don't you think, Directeur?
About "Nomads" ... That's wrong name ... Right name is Slomon K'Hara.
That would be start ... Next step is yours, Directeur ... What can you offer me for another informations? I don't believe people like you can be better then D'Aramis... I don't know what happened to Aramis, but I'm sure it was great Directeur and we did a lot of job.
And about my status "Traitor", it shall remain. King Charles is great "King" but his son will try to ruin my life. That's reason why I left Kingdom...
Still I don't believe Marine Royale Gauloise, neither ONI agents, because I know ONI games and Tactics. I'm expecting your answer, "Directeur".
De Montfort appears on screen again, this time with contempt scarcely veiled behind her eyes.
My goodness, you aren't doing yourself many favors today, are you? Fortunately for you, making the Crown Prince happy is not in my job description, but citing that disgraced traitor of a former Directeur is rather foolish, considering your status.
In fact, the very thought that you would bring him up strikes me as... suspicious. Especially considering that D'Aramis is most likely still out there, plotting against the Crown. Perhaps you work for him, and seek to lead me off the trail? An enticing thought.
Her mouth twists into a pale mimicry of a smile.
In fact, so leery am I of any information you could possibly provide that I am going to adjust my offer slightly. You will share with me three pieces of information... useful information, about these Silman K'heura of yours. If I am satisfied with the information you provide, we will speak further about your payment.
If I am not satisfied with your information, then we will not speak again. There are many roads to the knowledge I seek without relying on traitors to the Crown.
She pauses, pursing her lips and glaring at the pickup.
Think on it, Ms. Landréau - we will be paying someone for this information, one way or the other. You would be best served to answer, and answer truthfully.
