I'm sending this transmission to propose a business deal. The club needs to expand its limitations, increasing in Chapters, and we are looking for money. I have noticed that doing things legally around here sucks compared to some of the profits possible in the illegal trade. I guess that's why they labeled it that way; to keep everyone in line and not go too rich and powerful.

We have a large supply of Black Market Munitions. Everything you need, really. Mines, missiles, countermeasures. You name it, we are well supplied, and we are ready to export. Looks like you need it for your wars anyway.

Speaking of which, the Outcasts are stealing the market with their Cardimine. I'm growing sick of it, even more than I was before and I wont mind putting a little dent in their coffers and transport hulls, if you know what I mean.

We also are looking into importing Artifacts. There are clients on Manhattan that we have that would pay millions for a cargo hold.

I'm looking forward to a reply. It seems we both have similar interests. My grandparents once told me I have some Hispanic blood in me, maybe because of some habits.
