Mr. Shirou,

In order to formalize our agreement with your corporation, here are the procedures to follow before we'll move our headquarters, from the Muroto Trade Center to the Newark Station. According to terms discussed in the meeting, Liberty Trade Shipping has already paid 25.000.000 SC to Interspace Commerce as a security deposit, to the IC|Geneva account. The proof of this payment is attached below:

In return, we shall have the right to use some of your space from the Newark Station, for our five offices. This agreement is valid for a period of three months but please, keep in mind that, if we will not be satisfied by the conditions offered there, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement and to claim refund of this amount from Interspace Commerce. Now, we estimate that this movement will be possible in the first day of the next month, so... please, be sure that all station staff is proper informed about our arrival there.

In the meantime, we intend to build our own center in Liberty and probably then, I will contact you again for a possible insurance contract, but you already know that. After these three months, if we must to keep our headquarters at the Newark Station, all terms of this agreement will be discussed again.

This agreement will be ratified, immediately after we will receive a confirmation from you on this frequency, but if you've got any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

We have received your security deposit for the 5 offices requested on this station.
The station staff has been notified of your upcoming arrival and are prepared to help move any equipment or furniture you may need assistance with. The terms of our contract cited in this agreement are indeed correct, and if LTS| is not satisfied with their offices on Newark are entitled to their 25,000,000 credit security deposit back in full.
As for our discussion of station insurance, I have forwarded the specifications to our Board of Directors. Once the final draft of the base plan is established we will be able to provide you with an approximate quote based upon current station specifications (when the initial build is completed), as well as some figures including future growth.
