Liberty Trade Shipping announces major reorganization plans,
including changes in leadership!

In this morning, during a short press conference organised at the Muroto Trade Center, we have been informed by the representatives of the Liberty Trade Shipping, that over the next couple of days will follow major changes in the organizational structure of this company. According to their statements, Mr. David Leroy will leave his position as the President of the Liberty Trade Shipping and will be replaced by the actual Vice President, Ms. Susan Miller. When he was asked by reporters why he made this decision, Mr. Leroy offered an interesting quote:

"The money, first and foremost."

and added:
"I'm the founder and I worked hard for this company. I worked extremely hard. Anybody who worked up there with me would tell you that I was very dedicated, but I must to admit that we are facing with the worst financial crisis in our history ever. Now maybe it's time to take a step back and... if other members of our board can manage better this crisis, why not let them to do it?".

Future president, Ms. Susan Miller, was also present at this press conference and said:
"I'm sorry to say so but, sadly, it's true! Our company has some problems. When Mr. Leroy told me about his intention to resign, I knew that will come hard times for Liberty Trade Shipping. You know... Someone told me long time ago that power is poison. But I will not allow this company to fall with him. A president is a person who assumes responsibility and I'm fully prepared to do this."

As expected, this statement raised a lot of new questions from reporters. In the following we present you some of these and answers given by Ms. Miller.

Reporter: "As the new President of the Liberty Trade Shipping, when and what will be the measures that the people can expect to be taken?"
Susan Miller: "The first and the most important measure that can help us to survive in the current shipping market, is a realist analysis of relationships with all our business partners. We will preserve what we should preserve, and we will drastically change what we need to change in this matter. What I can confirm right now is that we must remember our origins and who are our true allies. So... in three days our headquarters will be moved to Newark Station, thanks to an agreement with Interspace Commerce."

Reporter: "It's well-known that your company's policy was not so far one, too favorable for a good relationship with Interspace Commerce. Do you believe that Mr. Leroy is guilty for this situation? And how do you plan to improve these relationships?"
Susan Miller: "Hmm... Yes, he made some bad choices in past, but he did many sacrifices for our company and we are still here thanks to him so... I will not blame Mr. Leroy for anything, that is for sure! Now, about Interspace Commerce, the first step has already made and indeed, as part of our further development plan, we intend to improve constantly these relationships. After all, although Liberty Trade Shipping runs on market independently from the Interspace Commerce, we are affiliated to them."

Reporter: "How serious is the financial crisis for the Liberty Trade Shipping and how you reached this impasse?"
Susan Miller: "Well... this has happened due to many factors and probably the main reason is the last attempt initiated by the Gateway Shipping Inc. to transform our company as its subsidiary, taking advantage of the Mr. Leroy absence, with the consent received from Mr. Francois DeVersailles, our former Chief Security Officer. As result, we had to suspend our activity. Also, the Security and Luxury divisions have been disbanded. So... basically, we have now only one division."

Reporter: "Can you explain us why the Muroto Trade Center was donated to the Kishiro Technologies and why not to Interspace Commerce or any other corporation from Liberty?"
Susan Miller: "I'm sorry but it wasn't my decision and I can't give you details."

Reporter: "Mr. Leroy, maybe you can give an answer?"
David Leroy: "It was just a strategic decision. I don't want to comment! Next question?"

Reporter: "Ms. Miller, when the activity of the Liberty Trade Shipping will be resumed?"
Susan Miller: "My hope is that our company will resume its activity at the beginning of the next month. This reorganization of the Liberty Trade Shipping represent the most radical changes ever made in the company’s history and require a lot of administrative work. As you can see, our new emblem it is already published. But don't worry, very soon, you will have full details in neural net regarding all changes planned, when our all channels will be updated accordingly. Now, I would like to thank you for your time but, if you don't mind, we have a very busy schedule ahead us, so..."

Reporter: "Just one last question, please! After its resignation, what will happen with Mr. Leroy?
Susan Miller: "Well..."
David Leroy: "I don't know yet, but... I will be around for awhile... Now we've got to go. A good day!"

That's all we have for now. Stay close to our news channel, LTS Media Center!
