Hello, Again, Especially to you Fleet Admiral Baker. This message is in regards of recent happenings of a once current, and now former, Captain of the LNS-Pegasus. Our fleet has seen the problems caused first by the Captain that started the initial investigation on the 5th fleet involving an LSF primary fleet unit and Hoover station.

We have also seen this captain have rather rude and vulgar language toward others and even seen the Neural Net Log of communications of this captain towards a local freelancer. I personally have seen him get an itchy will for battle and engagement. He sees red on scanner and wants to shoot it.

I bring this up to the matter of both primary fleets as a formal apology for allowing this captain to command crew behind a Liberty Battlecruiser's helm and even letting him step on the bridge. We, as the 5th fleet by unanimous decision, decree that this captain be discharged from his duties from the 5th fleet.

We don't need this officer making a bad name for our fleet. The fleet is currently organizing to meet with this captain in space and give him a personal and direct order to stand down and remove the Fleet ID from his IFF transponder. If he still remains an independent naval captain, or be banished to the rogues, the Fleet couldn't care. That is your decision as Primary High command. But we urge you to make sure his aggressive actions as a naval personnel not be a problem within the Republic of Liberty, or be a problem to house authorities of any kind.

This concludes the transmission, and again, from the members of High Command, we are sincerely apologetic over the matter. Response is requested to know the transmission is acknowledged and to see if any further actions will be taken against him. Responses can be sent to this frequency.
