Greetings Mr. Trenton,
My apologies for the delay in communications since our talk last week, matters outside my control required attention. With the change in our respective organizations general status's, and with our mutual friends and enemies being who and what they are, I believe there is the possibility for us to work together on a series of, shall we say, unique operations that would benefit both our groups.
I know you are fully aware of Bretonia's general status and I have gone through the various agreements you have in place with both the Government and the Military. I in no way wish to have those altered or obstructed. That said, there are a few special items the BIS is in current need of. To start with, we are in need of a supply of Jump Gate parts which your company has far greater access to than we do. If you are interested beyond this, there are certain other materials we are going to require in the coming weeks. These are items we would prefer to keep, shall we say, off the official books.
I am not willing to go into more significant detail in an only reasonably encrypted channel, but if your are interested, I am sure we can work out the details into a full contract.

I appreciate that you have contacted me in regards to your organizational needs. USI is aware of the recent events that have put Bretonia, and your organization, in a rather poor position. We have routinely moved refugees from Planet Leeds to the Omega-3 system as well as Planet Manhattan in the New York system. We were also fortunate enough to establish a contact on Planet Leeds so that we can supply the needed commodities to the Bretonian military personnel on the planet. I speak for my company when I say that we want to do all that we can to support our sister nation.
You said that BIS requires Jump Gate Parts. We can easily supply your organization with those parts. However, I will need more information regarding the drop-off location as well as the quantity requested. We have an understanding with Ageira Technologies, and I am positive that this will be an easy task.
I understand that there may be more needed commodities in the future, and that the discussion of those requests should be done in a more secured link. The following is an agreement that has been reached between Judge Core (“BIS”) and the responding party, Universal Shipping, Inc. (“USI”). The contract will be kept in confidence between both organizations and all knowledge of its existence shall be denied.

BIS has begun a series of large scale contracts with various unnamed individuals and organizations throughout the sector in preparation for a series of operations to take place within Gallic held territory. The responding party has been contracted to bring the following components to Planet Harris in the Tau-31 system:

Addendum: While not initially required, the following is also being requested.
50,000 Industrial Materials
The party has agreed to show visual proof of each sale on the planet via standard gun-cam footage so BIS operatives can have the cargo properly moved to its facilities.

Offer vessel protection for USI shipments moving between Liberty space and Tau-31
Expand USI's corporate interest within Bretonia via its contact list
In addition to the profit margin USI is to receive on the planet for the cargo, BIS will pay an additional 50 Million Credits directly to [*USI*]Deposit after the first shipment of prescribed commodities has been received, and another 50 Million Credits upon completion.
