The way Leeds works is by having a separate base entry, with the base model represnted by the satellite.
Because there are currently no spare base entries, this type of feature is not currently planned to be used elsewhere.
and like the SCRA planet in coronado?
What we would like is an entry to the planet but only by little ships like freighter. If you want, i can give you more details in private echo 7-7?

What he's saying is that you need to get a base removed somewhere to make a new "seperate docking point like leeds"(as it functions as a different base).
From what I've heard, they're not adding more bases(or base entries) in the coming mod. They are just recyling them

That used to be the case yeah. But there are already to many bases in game so for you to have one new base they would need to remove another base. Its not the RP thats a reason for it not to do it but the gamemechanics as far as I know
