Hello there, I honestly don't know what to say in this transmission, but I was told to go ahead and send one anyways by some James Harper. At any rate, my name is Isamu Sato. Kusarian name, although lived over in the ever so delightful house of Liberty for most of my life, so it's a little hard to tell at times. Ah. That was sarcasm if you couldn't tell.
At any rate, I suppose that i've been transferred over to your department. I'm not too happy with the entire thing, since i'm quite vain, and I accept the fact. I don't like being put under silly people who won't listen to my ideas, although that's no matter. Their loss is what I like to call it.
Although perhaps I may be proved wrong, Harper was not too bad at convincing me otherwise, i'll have to see if he lives up to his promises, or if I get to call him a fool for the rest of my life.
I've read some preliminary reports on what you do however, and i'm intrigued quite a bit to be honest. In light of this, perhaps we can work well together after all. In order words..
A middle aged man sat in view. At first glance he sat before a table tinkering with something, but closer inspection made clear of a wheelchair, indicating the man was paralysed from the waist down. He put down the items, stopping and breathing before turning to the screen
Mr Sato,
I told young Harper i didn't need an assistant. Then again, that would be the first time I was listened to.
As for being listened to, so long as you understand I have a reason for everything, whether i share it immediately or not, and that you'll always have your chance to speak up, so long as you don't abuse that trust.
I'm glad you did a little bit of fore reading, and if your working with me, I'll have Black Box update your permissions. You'll have access to my work for reference, and BB will keep you updated to all finds. Keep those records updated with your own work, and we'll both be up to scratch.
I might mention that you should take this opportunity to get on board the Ares. We are currently moored at Livadia, awaiting to move out. Do NOT dilly dally.
I will finish with a message of warning. I do not have the time nor patience for time wasters, trouble makers, or idiots. You will earn my respect in time, you can ask any councilman of that. For now, you are a grunt getting under my feet, please, prove me wrong. This is your one and only chance.
Yes, you have caught me on a bad day, my greatest work is falling apart, i'm not exactly overjoyed.
