I have payed the sum of 115 million Francs, 100 million for the jump drive permit, and 15 million for the restricted export permit. Does this Restricted Export permit apply to all of the ships jumping with me?
As leader of tha Yashida Holding I would like to have the permission to use our IMG Battlecruiser and IMG gunboats in the Gallic Controlled tau space. This only contains IMG battlecruisers and IMG Gunboats commanded by Yashida CoMB Pilots (IMG ID). Not for other individuals or other capital class ships.
This is only for patrolling in your conquerd space against any unlawfull action.

In this moment i have many trading ships, that needs my help to deliver goods from Rheinland to your system Lyonnais without meeting pirates. I am Dr. Ron Kosher, and I represent a small group of researchers, independent but loosely affiliated with IMG. We are requesting a base construction permit, the application is below.
We perform research in mining ore and in metals extraction from mined ore. We are currently working on producing a more efficient graviton based mining array to improve the yield of Niobium ore mined from asteroids.
We have been operating out of Falkland base in Tau-37 to perform our research from the data we collect in Tau-23, however, the jump hole wreaks havoc on the calibration of our scientific instruments mounted on our mining vessels. This requires constant re-calibration, which is very time consuming, and is seriously hindering our research efforts. We have investigated migrating our work to Java station, but they neither have the necessary facilities nor the power requirements that we need for our equipment.
We came to the realization that we would need a custom base built in system to effectively continue our efforts. The location is out of the way but still will allow for supplies to be delivered to the base with relative ease. The only modules planned are the 3 below for a core 1 base, and we will request permission from this office for any additional modules as the needs arise.
I know we are not Gallic citizens, but IMG has been on good terms with the Kingdom of Galla, and IMG already has a much more prominent presence than our base would be in Tau-23 from Java station. I also think there may be precedence from this office of grating base construction permits in the Tau's to non-Gallic citizens.
We do plan on exporting some Niobium ore samples after we are done analyzing them into Gallic space to help fund our research. We also plan on contracting with IDF for the day-to-day supplying of our base, along with what our own ships supply in their trips back and forth between Falkland in Tau-37, and our base in Tau-23.
We plan to make our station open to all factions that are not hostile to us including all lawful Gallic vessels, so our facilities can be inspected.
We are happy to negotiate further terms if you deem them necessary. We hope to hear a positive response soon, and will send the Gallic Francs promptly when approved.

Extensive motivation and reason for construction:
The operations of the Dangerous Requisitions Exploration Division have been most lucrative, but the current premises on Stokes Smelter is being outgrown. With our new found prosperity we intend to restore Remoulins to its former glory, prior to its destruction. Further, the remains of the base itself while damaged and exposed to space, would still be suitable for storing a few metric tons of ore. The site is most favourable for its intended purpose, an ore exchange depot.
This will allow EFL and other legitimate corporations open access to our new markets as we find and extract more ores from outside of the Kingdom, resulting in a boost of prosperity for all of Gallia.
We understand certain concessions will need to be made in order for this project to go ahead. Please inform us as to what these may be.
We have intentions of expanding this base as it begins processing larger amounts of ore and make no illusions that this base may become large depending on its popularity or demand for commodities increases. We would like to declare this now so that our plans are crystal clear.
