But I´m little confused to be honest, because you are now third person who communicate with polizei about this matter...and mainly, you changed application of your corporation just three days after Herr Shrupp sent us his version. It would be nice if you can next time make final decision before your corporation send application, because we always have to process your application from beginning. Also, I´m not sure if I understand why you apply for barge registry with barges intented only for jump trading, when you still don´t have solved agreements with foreign governments - I want to remind you that you need this for Bretonia too - and you still don´t have deal with military about your jumpships. Oh, and by the way, you also used form RBR-12A, which is intented for description of cargo, for general information about ships and captains.

But...okay, I don´t want to be bureaucratic too much, you are Rheinland corporation after all, right? And I want to process this as soon as possible, so we are on the same boat so to say. So...I used all information you and Herr Shrupp already sent and put everything together. Problem about lack of information should be solved now.

As I had apprised you in my last transmission, that I will be the one now communicating with the Rheinland Federal Polizei on the registry matters. As for before, I was not handed the registry issue so, any applications/transmissions prior to mine is out of knowledge for me.
As I noticed you were surprised to see us apply for our Barge registry before the Jumpships and their agreements, I can reply to the aforesaid as we have cleared out all deals with the captains and all necessary repairs, equipments for the Barge, it was decided to apply for registration rather than waiting for the accessorial ships to be registered.
And I think the decision was helpful as we know the government has lot of paper works and it might take time, which they have and they did take 3 months, isn't it madam ? *Smiles*
The information about using the form RBR-12A for registering the ships was ...well... I can say, is due to my habit of being at the safer side ... I tried to be cogitative and used the "form pattern" for sending the details. I hope thats not an issue ... is it ?

I am verry sorry for letting you wait. After reviewing your application, I am happy to tell you that both Barges are hierby approved.
sorry for the delay. Your application somehow got lost. Due to the rather delicated situation that...urged you to contact us, the Rheinland Federal Polizei will approve the barge named :j:.Forge for now. For this, you have of course to hand in the registration fee of 500.000 credits to RFP|Arsenal. The other two Barges will be denied for now. First we want to see gut behavior by the junkers in our space.
You may reapply for the two other ships after some time of course. Then we will review your two other Barge vessels again.
My appologies for the lack of filling in the forms for the Quackenbruck. I was a lot behind of paperwork. I filled in the form as it was once done for the Hildesheim and Mannheim The captain John Jacob Astor is M.I.A. I will not bother you with too much details, we have solved the problem it did arise within the Kruger Mineralien.
I hope this will be enough to let the ship be registered. Also i want to add that the other two ships the Hildesheim and Mannheim where registrated, but it seems they are not on the registration pages anymore. I guess you where busy with the paperworks too.

Kruger|Quackenbruck
§1.1.2. Name of the Captain
Helene Schmidt & Ulrich Schweighöfer
§1.1.3. Ship papers/Affiliation
Kruger|Quakenbruck
§1.1.4. Intention in Rheinland
Ship will be used as a ore storage or massive transporter to import and export supplies from rheinland.
§1.1.5. Cargo, which would be transported
This will vary from plain goods to precious ores mined by the Kruger and/or other rheinland coorporations.
§1.1.6. Origin of the cargo
Basically whole rheinland. Ores will be mostly mined from within omega 7 and Koeln.
§1.1.7. Destination of the trade
Also dependable on the type of cargo at that point. This can vary from within Rheinland itself to even other houses like Kusari, Bretonia or Gallia.

the Oberkommando has reviewed your appliction, but due to the incoming reports about your employees - especially the Barge captains - violating their cargo restrictions, the Poliezi has denied your application for addtional cargo on your Barges.
Another reason that has been included into the review is ein transmission by the Rheinland Military.
