Message 1 : Base Information / Summary
Standard Base , build type A from the US shipyard Duluth in Minnesota.
Will be erected in Houston near Planet Atka , without hinderance to the Trade Lane, to the operations of the Battleship Alma or the workings at ColdBay Depot.
We plan to expand the Station in due time, and to help bringing security, liberty and prosperity to the sector.
As I have the most experience with Space construction and working, I have been elected the Foreman of the Base and am ready to answer any official query.

Economic interest will be in recycling , reprosessing and trading low- and high- quality Debris from Texas and Hudson and transporting the resources to Liberty, Kusari and Bretonnian Space.
We also plan to import needed wares from these Houses back to Hudson to aid in settlement of this sector.
The Freelance Station will be open to all lawful and neutral Traders and Travelers,
offering housing and basic commodities as soon as possible.
In the pioneer spirit that helped shape Liberty,

and we still await notice as to how and where we are expected to pay our monthley License and Fee.
We hereby inform you that a LNS Dreadnought has destroyd the Station, killing 200 good Crewmen while ignoring any plea for a cease fire.
We bid you inform us if this is an official statement not to build a Base in Hudson.
We also inform you that we still wish to construct a Trading Base in Liberty, changing the Zone III Licence to a Zone II Licence and the System to Texas. The same Blueprints , Base Regulations and trading Commoditys persist and we are prepared to cooperate with Liberty Forces .

concerning the granting of a Zone II License to errect a civilian trading base in the System Texas.
In the name of the liberty Civilians forming the Shareholder Board of the base and as foreman of the base I greet you.
We still plan to build a new station, and we bid you concider our appeasal for a license.
The base is planned to be quickly upgraded to Core 2 , to be outfitted with a shield module for defense and with up to two supplementing cargo bays. Open to all friendly and neutral traders, we offer housing, work and trade opportunity within a civilian, liberty Charter.
Objective and declared buissnes of the sharehold group "Tinker&Transports" is to better the supply and the tradability of first grade Premium Scrap to traders in liberty and the export of this Resource within Liberty trade regulations.
We are open to further suggestions as to what wares would be prefered by our guests and traders, as we realise that a goot tradeline always has two or three legs to walk on.
At the moment there is an increasingly noticeable stream of private and medium scale scrappers leaving the House of Liberty to work either in Bretonnian or even Rhineland space.The reason herefore is the political and economic situation.
The group itselve consists at the moment of Liberty Civilians and Investors and private scrappers not affiliated with one of the organized Junker Groups. There have been further requests to trade with us, and we do not support unlawful groups or trade.
ID verification and personal contact is possible.
The point is that we do not wish to deepen any rift between those who daily risk their life and health combing the radioactive fields and dangerous debris claims and the traders who have the best possibilities and the greatest interest in transporting these resources to the best - not neccesarily the highest bidding - vendours.
We realise that their life and experience makes Junkers like me to the best in gathering these resources.
The Freelance Traders and Junkers that are the core shareholders behind T&T have joined to build a neutral platform serving as service point and meeting place between scrap miners and traders
All neutral and friendly traders and pilots will be allowed access to the base and the market.
We also are open to any docking request of Liberty Forces as we have nothing to hide.
The general diplomatic situation and the bad promotion and reputation of Junkers as a whole is increasingly making it difficult to do the one thing that is the main reason why Junkers are tolerated in Liberty House territory : clearing the Trade Lanes and the surrounding fields from scrap and dangerous debris while supplying high quality resources easily retainable and highly sought after in construction.
We plan easy access to the station for traders, meaning we plan to build in clear sight of a tradelane and preferably of Liberty Forces, so as to dull any suspicions that we plan to engage in any shadow market transactions at the station. At the moment we are discussion a spot near planet Houston.
The original plan was to built near Cold Bay depot in Hudson, due to the nearby availability of grade A Scrap without any radioactive contamination, but this proved to dangerous in the contested system.
We still mourn the loss of 200 liberty civilians who were engaged in the building and refurbishing of the first platform and will not continue construction without official clearance.
Herewith we renew our request for an official licencing process.
We apologise for the delay. A bureaucratic re-organisation caused several of our transmissions to be subject to slow processing. Your requested coordinates in high orbit of Planet Houston have been deemed acceptable.
Please note that the Texas system is still subject to a raised security alert level, with minor incursions by the Rheinland Military still possible. We cannot guarantee any special protection from their attacks outside of the existing Navy patrols in the area. We do not expect T&T to participate in combat against RM forces, but permitting any Rheinlandic forces to dock at any time is against the law and will not be tolerated. This also applies to any criminal, terrorist, and pirate organisations as outlined in the Laws of Liberty. Note that the Liberty Forces Primary Fleets must have docking access to your station at all times.
If you consent to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Law, please indicate your agreement, and then construction may begin when the first payment is received. A modular base in Texas (Zone 2) begins at 30,000,000 SC per month. All fees should be sent to Ferris.Dufresne, with visual evidence of the payment provided on this channel. Ensure that we are provided with the name of your base, in order to add it to the approved base registry, avoiding any further unnecessary damages.

I aknowledge and agree to the regulations and conditions set to the legislation of the Base named Tinkers Haven.
We know about the situation in Texas and fully understand the security problems, and have ancipiated the regulations set. Our original Plans to set up an open shop will thus not be possible at the moment and we will set to registrated docking access and control with open acces to liberty forces.
As the final formation and organisation of corporate structure and the planing of construction will take a while and we will transfer initial payment imediately before construction begins.
We plan to start no later than the beginning of the next month. ( August )
