Greetings Libertonian, I am the one known by many as the Fisherman, and I am for many purposes the representative of the Takarabune Company and it's patrons.

I must say I was surprised for receiving a message from this... "Hellfire Legion" band, not that I thought it was some sort of suspicious Libertonian loud music band advertisement or something (the young lads like them music loud), but that I had never heard about this rumored armed group from Liberty before.

Since I did not know them, I had to ask some people more who knew more about liberty gangs and/or heavy rock gigs. Turns out my nephew's friend heard something about your lads.

What I could gather was that you were some sort of trouble makers bent on burning government buildings or something, and had too many drinking buddies amongst those Xenos.

One thing we can tolerate in Liberty is that we can still move there and be shot JUST by the rogues, Xenos, junkers and other weird people that live there. Having reasons for the Liberty Navy and associates to shoot us is a thing to avoid.

In the same wave, we like the Xenos in small numbers, away from our convoys and our homes, and without power. Having someone wandering around for the benefit of the Xenos is another thing we cannot accept.

It is true we have some interest in those munitions, and have some clients that would pay even more for them, but I'm afraid having you wandering around Kusari is something neither we or the Hogosha can accept.

I would say to work with our men in the Golden Dragon Casino and to not make a fuss any further, but even that lies beyond my powers.

Return to us when we stop hearing about this relations with the Xenos. Until then, it's better we don't meet frequently.
