About yourself (a background biography): I was born on Planet Malta in Bonavita family, my father name was John Bonavita, He was a fighter pilot outcast Squadron 115 , A brave man, he served his nation for 10 years, when I was born, I was his only first son, my mother used to work on a Cardamine field because she like to, I was a cute child, My father send me to Outcast Military academy, i trained hard there, after 2 years when my training finished, I got a bad news, that my father was killed in fight with Bounty hunters, after that my family got weak in wealth, so my mother started as a caradimine supplier and I started work on fields on her place but after 6 months, my mother was captured and killed by IMG, I got very angry and thought to took my revenge, As a highly trained person, I join Outcast Military but solo patrols didn't help me get my revenge, I started to thinking about more then I came across The Contari Lance family and I thought to join them so they can help me take my revenge and I can be helpful to them in everything they need me to do. No matter in space or on ground.

In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.1 if someone attack and shield go down then 50% then it is an attack, and You need to Rp more before attacking anyone, not only saying "Engage" etc and shoot, also if you support a ship in combat even with nans/bots then you are also involved in combat and If a ship attack you and try to destroy you then You can defend yourself no matter which ship it is.
In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.3 It's like no pew pew boom boom stuff, Rp first and a demand is made before attack and if demand is completed then no attacking then only attack in self defence but if demand is not completed then you can attack, and if other guy don't respond in given time then you can attack as well or refuse to stop when asked to

But all my life i spend it in luxury.Mi Papa was a known seller and had a lot of plantations, mia madre was a house wife and raised me and my 4 other brothers and sisters.At the age if 7 my familly send me to a private school on Malta, and stuided there till my 9th grade.Then my highschool was well a bit different , since my father decied it will be good to have me with him along in his trips , to teach me the ways of trading and so he has decided to get me home schooled.So after i hit the age of 20 my father bought me a ship and let me do my own things, but supporting me from behind

In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.3 You cannot futher any demands to a vessel after he has complied with it or you have distoryed it/Halt isn't a demand it'sefl however if the vessel refuese to comply with it , you can distory it.
About yourself (a background biography):Pedro Alvarez was born into family which is classified as "below average" in terms of wealth. However, Alvarez family owns little cardamine grass field in northern sub-polar region, which is known for wet rainy climate and for stable temperatures about 25°C for whole year. Grass from this field is only income to family. This income is comming from local low level pubs and bars, where dried grass is being smoked and where Pedro takes a little snuff every morning, or more rarely from laboratories where pure drug is synthetised. Family economy staying on this can't make it sattisfied when nothing else is able. For this reason, Pedro tried his luck in the Military. Returning home after couple of months with results above average, he decided to start family business outside his home city. Travelling from pole to pole, across equator, simply around whole planet didn't bringed much success to family. In this time, he got precise informations about the Contari lance from trader with similiar problems. Now, Pedro saw a new chance, and decided to join as soon as possible.

Why do you wish to join CL}?It have interresting lore. I like Outcast RP around drugs and thinks like that. Smugglery is funny. One think I don't like on OCs is Manhattan siege, which is completely ooRP. I am not going to participate on it. Lets hope old times will return. In other ways, Natión Maltesa belongs to my favourite factions, like Corsairs for example. Also, I am planning event and I would like to participate as member of faction.

In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.1 I must say to the enemy player that I want to attack him/her in local chat. Or if I see more massive battle for example between Sairs and Outcasts, I would say at least: "Assisting Maltese forces" or "Engaging Cannibals" Element of surprise do not exist, behavior like this is banned. For example I cant decloak on back of enemy and feed him/her with fire before dropping one or preferably more sentences of RP. Repair ship is transport, but as rule says, supporting forces with regens is like being member of these forces. Being transport is not protection angainst attack.
In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.3 mmm, If I am demanding 2 milion credits. I want only two. Saying something like.. "Give me two more mils or I destroy your ship" is banned. Point is: 2M or death. If trader was requested to pay 2M for life and payed, I must allow him/her to fly away. I cant pirate one ship twice on one route. For example, ship carries copper. I must not pirate it twice in one cargo run. I pirate it > take shorter way and wait > pirate it once more. This is like two hour rule. Pirating one ship twice in two hours is banned.

Backstory:I, Akane, was born into a GC family, with my father being a strong hearted Blood Dragon, thus was surrounded by the influence of the Outcasts and more importantly, cardamine. As the GC efforts against the government stepped up, the importing of cardamine became rare with Outcasts spread thin across the Sirius Sector. Taking up arms against the government, I found myself unneeded as my sisters seemed to effortlessly sweep the surrounding systems with ease.
I decided my calling is not in Kusari, but perhaps, further beyond? I am eager to find out.

Attacking someone is classified as to whether their shield drops below 50%. Ontop of this, roleplay is required prior to opening fire onto someone and it must be more elaborate as "engaging" or "halt". Players that are attacked have the right to defend themselves, regardless of who is shooting. Feeding anyone in battle automatically classifies you as a member of the battle.

Pirates and affiliated unlawfuls can issue a demand, but the trader is no longer able to bend to other demands made by the unlawful after the demand is made. While 'halt' is not a demand, the trader can be destroyed after a demand to stop is made, but not met.

Before I attack a trader, it is important to have an engagement notice but not just simply "Engaging". When I come by a fight, and I want to assist one of the sides, I have to say "Coming in to assist Outcasts" or such, in order not to disobey the rules on the server.

About yourself (a background biography): Born in Planet Malta, Xavier was bought up in accordance with every Outcast tradition that is there. He never knew his mother, since she had long left, after giving birth to him. He still doesn't know where she left, but he never bothers about that. As a child raised by his father, Henrique Pastore, he was reckless, and short tempered from his childhood.
Xavier grew into stature as a mature enough teen, and was trained to shoot and scout by his brother, Alfonso Pastore. He eventually started smuggling cardamine into Cali. His exceptional ability to intercept corporate convoys gave him an opportunity to earn him his living. He eventually left home and went in pursuit of a powerful family that can strike terror through the heart of his enemies. That is when, he came to know about the Contari family and their quest to spread their influence throughout Sirius.
He was accepted in there and made his way to Lanciere before mysteriously vanishing during a raid on Corsair territory. The Lance presumed him to be dead, but were not aware of the fact that, during the immense clash near the Theta hole, his ship was heavily damaged, before he jumped to Theta, and his near-lifeless ship drifting into the vicinity of Freeport 9. He recieved medication there and had to be bed ridden for a couple of months, before being escorted to Freeport 10 by the Zoners.
He came to Malta recently, only to find that people don't recognise him as much as they used to. He desperately wanted to get back on his feet again, to serve the once proud Contari Lance and to return to his normal way of life.

Have you played any unlawful characters before? If so, which? Aye, many. Rogues, Outcasts, Corsairs, indy pirates, unlawful Junkers, Hessians, Hackers, Mollies and some more.
Do you know the Outcast lore? If not, are you willing to read up and learn it? Not going to tell that I know every detailed description of the outcasts. But I have a good overall knowledge about who they are and what they do. It would be good to know even more about them.
In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.1 Getting another players' shield down to less than 50% is considered an attack and can be properly responded to. Just saying a word or two, seconds before popping up a ship is not viewed nicely and the trader in question must be given sufficient time to respond. And yet again, if someone is attacked, he has the right to defend himself, without needing to write in lines of RP before attacking back. Lastly, trading bats/bots is considered as an active participation in PvP, and all the rules that apply to PvP are applicable here too.
In your own words, explain the meaning of rule 3.3: Play fair, don't go on pirating the same trader over and over again, during the same encounter and make his experience a very bad one. RP before opening up on the trader. "Halt" or any other similiar one line variants are not considered a valid RP prior to engaging. However, if the trader decides to run, even after you made your intentions clear, via system or local chat, you can engage him.
An interesting tale of abandonment. We'll give you a try. I'd like to know more.

About yourself (a background biography): Not much to tell. Originally a rogue until quite recently, decided to sign up once I heard the Lance was coming back around. Figured the change of scenery and increased pay could only do things for me in a good way. Spent most of my days smuggling goods up to Alpha. Pretty simple really.
If you're asking for a more in depth history, I'm originally from Niverton where for most of my youth i've been stuck doing the "crappy" supply runs of water and oxygen in the only two ships I could afford, my Niverton made Bactrian and an old busted Camara that was repaired by the Junkers. I'm quite familiar with the cardi - slave run to and from Alpha as i've made the runs a few times. I want to join up with the lance for the chance for more profits and a higher place in the world. Treat me well and I'll do good things for you. I've grown quite good in my ships at both avoiding the authorities and doing some damage when needed and have no issue at all putting my skills to work with the lance.

Why do you wish to join CL}? Interesting new RP chances, while familiar with OC lore I havnt had a chance to actually directly play as one and would like to experience the OC RP from "the inside". I would also like a group of players who are active to go out and do things with.
