Bonjour. My name is Narcisse Archimbaute, a member of the most illustrious Unione Corse. Quite recently I have been under the direct employ of the crown and I believe a certain monsieur Maurice Cornett can attest to my efficiency.

The subject of this communique is regarding the most recent changes in the laws of the region of his most just and proper King Charles XI. For quite a fair amount of time I have been flying the ship known most commonly known as the "Asco", or Brigand gunboat to the commoners. According to the Kings most recent changes in policy, this ship is now illegal in the Kingdom. I wish to request permission to fly this ship, in service to the kingdom.

If there is any criteria that must be met, I would be more than willing to comply as best I can. I however should hope that due to previous actions, my loyalty and efficiency should not be much of a matter of question.
