On our standard patrol in the California system, a bunch of pirates engaged us, later we've seen they were rogues. After we thought that we would have finished them, another wave appeared. We took them out too.

Report : Greetings, Director Flanigan.
Today me and other participants (UTC|-Dorian.Zeta, UTC|-Patrol.Bravo) spotted something abnormal while our excursion in Cortez.
After we left Califronia and entered Cortez, our wing detected first a vew pirates (Rogue vessel). The Rogue left from our scanners when we entered the Tradeline in direction to Planet Curacau. But there we found an Rogue again. Our wing followed it 14k till it entered an Jumphole. We waited a short time and jumped then. This system we detected many Freelancer. My wing followed the Routes and found after a short time a station named the ''Barrier Gate Station''. It was an freelancer base. We docked there, and the people around welcomed us. We took a look for their commodities and saw some interesting things. After some time we left the base.
Outside the base we detected 2 new contacts, a very unfriendly freelancer with the callsign ''Persephone'' and a liberty navy vessel (LNS-Neko). This freelancer asked us many things, and the naval vessel greeted us.
After 4 minutes of concact to the naval ship, a unknown vessel came from somewhere and shoot on our wing.
We scanned unnatural energy signatures from this aggressive vessel. It was very serius that we could not detect it the first time till it was on weaponrange and opened fire on us. Every try of communication failed. In the end we could nothing do as to defend ourself. The navy vessel assisted us. The freelancer (Persephone) showed no activitie. Together with the navy vessel we attacked this unknown ship. This vessel was very agile and nearly unhitable, but in the end, we damaged it. In 20 minutes of fighting, this unknown vessel disappeared from our scanners and visual contact.
It seems like this unknown contact used something like an Mislocator. It didnt come back.
All our units survived and after this shock our wing head back to New York, Manhattan orbit. There our excursion ended. We docked safety at the Newark Station.
For now we don't know what an vessel it was. These abnormal energys we detected from this ship was nothing we ever saw in Liberty or anywhere else. It was nothing what humans created we think.
More information I dont have at time. Ill contact you, if I know something new about it.
Here i end my report.

I've read your report about this "unknown vessel" interesting. I am interested in hearing more about this, but they seem pretty dangerous. Keep at safe distance to all of our Pilots. I don't want to loose one of you, don't forget the costs recruiting a new one. Hehe.

After a short break we headed back to Liberty space. Since we were already at Furyoku Station, we bought 4965 units of Plutonium that we transported back with us. Flight back was safe and we didn't run at any problems on our way back.
We were flying to Pennsylvania system to deliver Plutonium and we runned at police patrol at Westpoint Academy. After a short check and little misunderstanding, we continued to our destination and delivered Plutonium.

Well, it's me Vega. Can you guys imagine that we found an LPI officer, that is drinking some Liberty Ale on duty? I thought the same, there could be none but heh, we found one! However, he has done his shift much better than some else officers I've seen already around.
