Blackpool Holdings Ltd. is a subgroup of the Bounty Hunters Guild that mainly operate within Bretonia/Liberty and Kusari. They are in the search of Phenix and cleaning the galaxy from pirates, *coughs*, for cash, ye.
The current owner of Blackpool Holdings Ltd. is 'Rodney Neilson'
The current Deputy Director of BP-HLtd. is 'Sarah Lee Yang' (former leader of BP-I)

Purpose :

The first installation is our main development & research Center to achieve new technological levels. We also use it to arrange diplomatic meetings between two important corporation leaders, as a lot of people see it as a neutral 'playground'. However, this installation is highly restricted for the public. Our second installation in this system is used as 'public exchange' and 'marketplace', it is open to anyone who has a good reputation with the Hunters Guild. We sell a lot of equipment over there and also use this installation to fulfill Hunter contracts. If you got time, you could pass by and take a look on our job board, aye?

2. » A 10K no-fire zone is made around every installation of Blackpool Holdings Ltd. shooting at anyone within this zone is a hostile action against Blackpool Holdings Ltd.
