So now i am here to ask for a license to fly the Pirate Train. If needed we will pay for the license, if it is impossible we understand and will buy serenity

Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 3 - Restricted Items, Sub Section 3.13 - Ships Manufactured by Hostile Nations.

This Section states:

Anyone found flying ships produced by Bretonia's enemies will be halted and questioned about their activities. Mere possession of such a ship without corresponding ID papers constitutes as sufficient grounds for fines, prosecution or arrest. Vessels acting in contravention of this order will face a minimum fine of 2,000,000 credits and immediate expulsion from Bretonian borders or impounding. Banned ship lines include:
Corsair ships
Gaian ships
Gallic Military ships
Gallic civilian ships (unless flown by The Council)
Hogosha/Farmer€™s Alliance ships (unless flown by Kusari Exiles)
Pirate Transport, Train and Pilgrim Liners (unless flown by friendly, allied or Junker entities)

We have highlight the relevant part for your perusal.

We are to also inform you that, during these Troubled Times, the Law will not be changed as the Bretonian Government has more pressing matters to deal with.

In reply to your latest Communication we shall point you to the Bretonian Definition of Friendly or Allied Entities.

Please read Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 1 - Definition of Entities, Sub Sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.

As Freelancers you do not fall in to these Categories. Those that appear in these categories have proved themselves to Bretonia by being either Bretonian Corporations or proven Allies to Bretonia over many years.

As for your Group of Traders/Miners, you are relatively new to Bretonia and have yet to prove yourselves worthy of being countered in these Categories.
